We started this business to provide our community with a chummy gathering place with an inviting atmosphere and delightful food. Stop what you’re doing, and go now! Wow! Wow! Wow! Stopped at Harold’s furniture to look at some recliners been wanting to try this place for awhile…..wifey says let’s go for it! First on the list was ham and Swiss I’m not good at the bread thing but the bread was amazing! Fresh! The Sandwich was delicious 10 of 10 for sure! Then we tried some of their biscuits and gravy. The biscuits were very fresh. I would say the biscuits and gravy a 9 of 10 for sure. Actually I hate to even say that they’re just not my type but I’m sure not spitting them out of my mouth! They were delicious! Also had Mac and cheese which was amazing ! 10 of 10 for sure. Nice crisp on the top creamy on the inside. We also had a cherry Danish another show stopper for sure. I’m not kidding cherry danishes are one of my favorites and this 1 blew me away. Best one I’ve had to date. I had a Bud Light for my drink. My wife had a vanilla frappe which was made perfectly. had to add nothing to it. The place presentation was very clean the workers were very nice. Just and all in all great place. I wish we would have found you sooner. Our bill was under $35 with tip. Stop by and give them a try, they’re definitely worth it. thank you Sophia’s cafe for feeding me and my wife. we will be back

I had to stop soon for my lunch break, required for my driving log, and pulled up with plenty of space for my 18 wheeler for 30 minutes. I had the FRENCH TOAST COLD LATTE!!! Highly recommend, it was fantastic !! Great service and very friendly.

The atmosphere here is always nice and peaceful. Clean cute place! The food is great usually. This time though my husband’s breakfast sandwich was missing the Bacon that he paid for. The cook dropped the ball on this one i guess, as I was told. But it just caused more waiting for it to be cooked and we always have such little time before my husband had to get back to work so rhat sucked! Lol. ♀️

I went with a couple people from work, and the food was lovely, good variety, good flavor. Nice presentation. I knocked service down one star because neither one of my coworkers drinks were very good, possibly how they were made was the issue. The salad bar is lovely, I will go back for that.

If you haven’t experienced Sophie’s in Sterling and Rock Falls you’re really missing out. Never thought a coffee ☕ and sandwich shop would be one of my favorite stops but hey when it’s good you support it. Awesome place all around from staff to product’s being offered.

Was told by a friend to stop in and check it out and I was not greeted when I walked in stood there for a little while before I was helped I wasn’t sure where to order due to not being there I got a Carmel frappe and it was awful tasted like blended ice milk! With whip cream and Carmel on top 10/10 wouldn’t go back! I also was gonna ask about the menu and other drinks but the lady helping me didn’t seem very interested due to getting a phone call with a big order.
