My fiancé and I ordered here over the weekend. We ordered through Slice. We had requested our subs be toasted, they were not. My fiancé ordered an Italian sausage sub. Anywhere in this state you’ll order an Italian sausage sub and expect a large sausage link right? WRONG. These people used crumble sausage like you would put on pizza. Honestly, disgusting. We ordered a small French fry, which to our surprise came cold & a few of them were even still frozen on the inside. Finally, after my fiancé had given up eating her dinner she went to have her dessert, baklava. It was so stale and old she couldn’t even eat it as it posed a health risk. Unacceptable. They also have failed to respond to Slice’s customer service team for further conversation after they (sopranos) assured them initially that the order was 100% correct. We try to order from different places just to see how they are. DONT ORDER HERE. Pick a different shop to order from.

We always only order wings and pizza, subs and the kids pizza. Other options we’ve ordered we haven’t been all satisfied like pasta selections.. we gave low star because they ALWAYS FORGET OUR DRINKS!! And if we call to get it delivered or switch because they messed up they say it will take 15/20 min or they will give us “something free next time”.. and they never show up. like today same things with our diet drinks (we are diabetic , we can’t drink regular ) we discussed the diet options on the phone and still send wrong ones !! They really have gone downhill because I used to recommend this place .

The FOOD is GOOD!! I went in there because I was doing carry out real quick ON my break and i gotta say the place did not have any aesthetic appeal to me, it could definitely be more sanitized since it’s a food establishment. Just wanne to point that out for their acknowledgment, BUT NOW! THE FOOD, THE FOOD WAS BOMB!!! A simple Pizza sub on a roll like that rocked my world! Also loved their big soggy fries. My order was sustainably well packaged, and one thing I do appreciate is when people show orientation to detail when they’re taking care of a meal for me! Food presentation matters. Food is reasonably priced, and last but not least, shout out to the nice lady cashier Saturday night she was such a sweetheart ❤️

I ordered from Sopranos for myself and my co-workers. The person taking my order was rude, no “Thank you for calling Sopranos.” Not even a “Hello” when she picked up the phone, just a very annoyed, “Sopranos.” I asked her what comes in a certain item and she said, “hold on,” and yelled at someone in the background, asking them what was on the item.

So I would give them 3.5 stars if I could. Food is up and down. I guess depending on who is working. More up compared to some other places I have tried. Also if something is wrong they will fix it or give a credit. Don’t like their pizza but everything else that I have had was pretty good. This is of 12/8/18. They have sent me boneless wings that looked like chicken nuggets before so I specifically asked the lady that answered the phone to make sure that’s not what they had tonight. She checked with the back and said they were the right ones today. When I opened them they were chicken nuggets tossed with hot sauce. I included a picture. So I called and asked for the manager. He tried to tell me that this was the same chicken as everyday. He is lying. I have been coming here for years. This is the last time. When the delivery driver came back to return my money he threw the returned package of supposed boneless wings on my lawn. So unprofessional. I will take my money somewhere else. You just lost a loyal customer. Zero stars if I could!!!! Please post this!!
