Absolutely fantastic sushi. My wife and I had omakase sushi and every bite was amazing. The quality of the fish and the care in preparation are equivalent to much higher priced restaurants. This was by far the best value for the money as the cost was less than half of other omakase experiences I have had. I highly recommend Soregashi to anyone who enjoys truly authentic sushi.

Ordered DoorDash. Since I can’t eat raw fish at the moment, I’m not judging the sushi at all. I ordered shiitake miso soup it was extremely salty. I literally had to add boiled water to it to be able to eat it. Also ordered shrimp shumai ( not only was the portion tiny, but overall it was nasty.) There was nothing satisfactory or appealing about that dish. Lastly, the eggplant. It was pretty good especially in comparison to other stuff, but it definitely needed something crunchy to go with it. Fatty eggplant by itself is too much. I spent a little over $50 and it was a complete waste of money.

Great sushi and the deep fried tofu dish is amazing. It is slightly expensive (hence the 4 star) for what you get but its it’s really tasty. Karage is great too and they have a decent selection of sake.

I felt like I was back in Japan! From the little warm towels to the discussions in Japanese I could overhear from the other customers. I sat at the counter, the chefs were very meticulous and focused yet very friendly. The fish was fabulous and the staff very helpful. I talked about this place to everyone when I got back from my travels!
