We’ve been frequenting this establishment for several years, but lately, we’ve noticed a decline in their standards. The restroom cleanliness is an issue, the late-night staff closes up shop prematurely, and the pizza preparation leaves much to be desired – often undercooked, requiring us to send it back for proper cooking. Our latest attempt at this resulted in disappointment as they closed just after serving us at 8:15 PM. While we used to enjoy our visits here, the current experience doesn’t justify the high pizza prices. One instance involved a 17.99-dollar “Big Fat Greek” small square pizza with the lettuce beneath the cheese remaining crunchy, and the dough turning out squishy. It’s possible that rushed staff, perhaps eager to leave for the night, contributed to these issues.

Just went in to have pizza and lemonade on a long bike trip on the MOT. Won’t go back there anytime soon till they clean it up. The gelato case was so dirty you couldn’t see the product…and the restroom was entirely another matter. They should rethink what their staff should be doing while waiting for customers.

The pizza is so delicious. It’s clean, fast service. But the customer service of the girl who works in the mornings/early afternoon is something.. if it was only once or twice, or even every once in awhile…I really wouldn’t care.. we all have bad days. Especially working with the public. But every single time she is so annoyed that you are there and she doesn’t hide it. My coworkers and I have started driving out of our way to a different one because it is so uncomfortable. But great food!

This place is extremely hot and uncomfortable inside the AC has been broken for a while. With a pizza oven running none stop I am concerned about the employees. It was 85 degrees outside and I ate outside.

Gotta be the worst BLT pizza I ever had. Brown lettuce, barely had any on it. Whole slices of tomato. (Cause I want to eat a whole slice on my first bite) other pizzas were overcooked. My kids asked if we could have little Caesars instead next time I’ll listen to them.

Used to love the subs at Sorrento’s; unfortunately not as good of quality as in the past. Maybe it’s the location we chose to order from, but definitely won’t be ordering subs or sub “combos” from this place again.
