Excellent customer service! Took the order nicely, repeated it and gave me a total. When I got there I was greeted by a really nice cashier. Good people and the shop is clean. We had a small pepperoni and fries. Excellent pizza, great sauce and doughy crust

I order from this place all the time on the slice app. The food always gets here earlier than the delivery says it’s going to take and every driver that has delivered my food has been awesome. Pizza is pretty good and of the other selections on the menu probably one thing I ordered wasn’t what I expected. Either way my overall experience with this place is amazing and I thank everyone who works there for their effort. I know it’s hard being in the cooking business lol.

I usually get the salmon salad for my mom. I mean almost weekly. So I go to order it today and it’s 16.95. Today I ordered it with croutons and parmesan cheese shreds. It’s 10.95 on the menu usually. The lady on the phone says it’s a old menu first. Then proceeds to tell me that it’s .75 for croutons and 2.50 for the cheese. Excessive. I’ll update if the salad is trash.

Best spot in the Olney section! The buffalo chicken pizza is AMAZING! FRESH MEATS ON ANYTHING YOU BUY! They use QUALITY MEATS ACTUAL RIB-EYE the BREAD IS ALWAYS SOFT! Customer service is very friendly! I used to love city view but after trying Sorrentos I can never go back. 10/10 highly recommended!

This restaurant has the best food. This a Pizza Restaurant but has a list of foods. I ordered a Grilled Chicken Afredo Pasta and added Shrimp. It was delicious as always. The first time I ordered a Grilled Salmon Alfredo Pasta and added Shrimp. It is just good. I’ve had their Mushroom Chicken Steak, and their Pizza. It has all been delicious. I would highly recommend them. Their located across the street from Central High School and down the street from LaSalle University. Check it out!!

Ordered a large chicken cacciatore pizza, when we got home there was absolutely NO chicken on it!! I gave two stars because their pizza is usually very good, other than that they would have gotten only one star! And the girl who answerd the phone had the nerve to give me an attitude when I called to let them know! Of course they agreed to give me another one, but as much as gas costs they should have given us a discount, but they didn’t!! That was poor customer service!!! The second pizza tasted terrible, it was very soggy and the cheese wasn’t even cooked well! I’m done with Sorrento!!!
