Way too much cheese and not enough sauce. The worst customer service ever! We let our waitress know that we were unhappy and unable to eat the pizza due to all the cheese and no sauce. She said she would get the person in charge to speak with us. This woman comes out with a pizza box and a gift card. She said she made our pizza and that is how she always makes them and that next time we should order it lite cheese and extra sauce. We said we wouldn’t ever be back and she says that is why she gave us the gift card. She said she would be happiest with this ending. We stated that not paying for food we didn’t eat, or be taking home and then to be given a gift card to eat it again when we already stated we would never return. I got frustrated with her and demanded to pay my bill 3 times, at this point she says we can just leave and not have to worry about the check. In this case should have been the first choice for course of action. Worst place in Lincoln.

Well this is somewhat of a surprise to me. I never knew about this place and I have family who lived in Lincoln. We were actually at a ballgame in Stanford, IL and Googled places to eat/get a pizza on the way back to Springfield. Sorrento’s popped up and looked quite good. Destination set. Upon our arrival the exterior doesn’t have much of a indicator/sign showing you have arrived. It’s sits on the North side of the square and is a smaller location. Once inside it’s like Wow, this place is nice. We had about a 10-15 wait for a table to clear. Once seated were we’re immediately greeted and given menus and drink orders placed. Menu is simply Pizzas, salads and a few appetizers. No pastas. Pizza, wings and salads ordered. We also ordered some cinnamon sticks from the appetizer side. About a 15-20 minute wait and our food arrived. It looked and tasted awesome. Highly recommend. Fyi it’s does have a BYOB sign on the hostess/cashier stand.

Over priced, not worth the money at all. Very bland, no flavors. And drrrrryyyy crust! Over charged and wasn’t corrected. This was our first order and very disappointed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. And the worst customer service ever!

Fast and efficient to order, quick delivery. Fresh healthy food, the cinnamon rolls are my personal favorite. Delicious even for people who think they are burned out on pizza. Try the taco pizza.

I’m sorry, but how are these reviews good? The pizza was undercooked, the sauce without any taste, literally straight tomato sauce, way too much cheese and on top of the toppings? I’m honestly guessing that they had someone in there who was making pizza for the first time in their life. Tip: add some oil to the dough, it will crisp up better. Otherwise, just amazingly bland. Service was slow too, we waited 15 minutes for our check without ever seeing a single person come by.

My wife ordered pizza tonight from Sorrento’s for the first time because of a recommendation from a coworker. All three pizzas were great and the cinnamon sticks are delicious. Best Taco Pizza in Lincoln! The pizza doesnt seem to have much salt in it besides the cheese. So anyone on a limited sodium diet should be able to enjoy this pizza. Will definitely order again

Too much cheese and not enough sauce. When we complained we got told “this is how I always make it and next time if you want it different you need to order it with extra sauce” she tried to charge us full price for a pizza we didn’t like. After some arguing and me reminding her that we were the ones that should leave happy she conceded and we left. If you like sauce on your pizza make sure you order extra.
