Honestly, great service while also having yummy food (pictured is the rosemary salad with grilled rosemary chicken and a generous amount of bacon). They have a varietal menu for those who may want something light or would enjoy a bit of indulgence. Everyone at my table was very pleased. They offer bottomless mimosas for $20 until 2pm which was a nice surprise we did not take advantage of. They should be busier than they are!!

Nice little gem in the heart of Pasadena with a delicious variety of Italian and seafood. We tried the garlic mussels and the calamari for starters, and they were amazing. For entrées we had the Ravioli and Chicken Piccata. This place has been open for just 3 weeks, so come check it out. Definitely a nice place for a first date.

Very nice location for people watching. Patio area and 3 window tables. Very comfortable seating inside. Waiters are pretty attentive. Why 3 stars? Because the food was what I would expect in the price range. Why knock it down? I was one of 4 tables being serviced at prime weekend lunch/brunch hour. 12:30pm. A table of 4, 2, 4, and our 3. This is less than 20%of capacity. Our food took over half an hour to get out. It was brunch food. Nothing complicated. Bacon, eggs, toast, potato’s. My daughter ordered a sandwich, no onions, no peppers, side of fries. We got peppers and onions, and a side salad instead. Lol Also, her sandwich showed up 5-10 minutes after my wife and I were served. We waited for her to be served. So our food cooled down. Bacon was burned (blackened on the edges), potatoes slight undercooked. Over easy eggs were fried eggs, over well. Coffee was a pot that tasted like it had been sitting on a hot plate for an hour. Sour, overly hot. Anyways, no wonder there were only 4 tables seated. No repeat for me sorry.

My friend and I had high hopes for this place, seeing as we visited on a summertime Friday afternoon in Pasadena. After all, it was two weeks ago, at the height of tourist season on the busiest tourist street in the city.

Sorriso means ‘smile’ in Italian but this restaurant is nothing to smile about . The service was super slow even though it wasn’t busy – that said, not sure the waiters are to blame for that. The food definitely was not worth the wait – how does one both overcook and undercook one small serving of pasta ???

The calamari and pizza were delicious! The pasta was not too bad but the appetizers were better I would recommend it here & great atmosphere.

4 out of 5. Good Italian place in the heart of Pasadena. The minus is that 80% of tables are located in front of the road (3 feet away). During week days it is noisy but on weekends it is good.
