Wow, Mister Bossam place is delicious! I would 100% come back here if I was craving grilled pork. Loved the “All Star Bossam Combo” (original, garlic, and green onion) – it was wonderful to eat with the provided lettuce wraps. The Grilled Cheese Pork Ribs were also tasty, which includes fried rice and the cheese steamed eggs were a nice touch on the side. Would come back for the All Star Bossam anytime.

Great atmosphere, The staff were very friendly and helping in accommodating our children and their picky appetites. The Rib-eye rice bowl was out of this world. it was devoured in second, the ramen and sushi were top-tier as well. Love the overall experience.

This is my first time having bossam served warm! We got the All Star Bossam Combo. The combo comes with three varieties: Original, Garlic, & Spicy Green Onion. They present it on a bed of raw onions and atop a hot stone bowl skillet. Each piece has a pretty even ratio of fat to meat. However, some pieces do come out a bit dry. Overall, it was pretty delicious pork! I think I preferred the original the most of the three.

Recently just went to eat and I would say I was very surprised by how satisfied I left the restaurant. The food and atmosphere is very good! From sushi rolls to hot pot or ramen, Everything that I ordered was very good! What was the best was the service! I haven’t had a service that good in awhile and I think that is what is the best about this restaurant, and that is its amazing and friendly staff that makes the experience of eating there superb! Will be going again and I highly recommend it to anyone!

Excellent platters! One had three cuts of pork belly, the other had pork covered with cheese with steamed eggs, cut hot-dogs and pasta. Towards the end of the meal our server created a delicious toasted fried-rice from the left-over items of our cheesy pork platter. Exceptional food and experience!

Same are with Banana Bay and Phoenix. The restaurant is very clean and new. Good customer service. I order seafood pancake, cheese pork ribs and squid. The waiter cut the pork ribs and stir with the cheese. Good quality. However, I think the sauce and cheese don’t go along well. Squid and the pancake are very delicious. The portion is quite big. 3-4 people can finish cheese pork rib.

This is one of time most favorite places to eat in the world. Note, there are two parts to this meal. 1st it’s ribs cheese amazing flavor sauce, then they take the last part and mix it with rice and seaweed… Sooooo good!!

My boyfriend and I love coming here with friends for bossam. This is definitely our go-to place every time we crave bossam and we have never been disappointed each time we came. The premium bossam combo features 3 flavors of steamed pork belly (original, garlic & green onion) with meaty cuts of jowl. This combo is plenty to share for 4 people. Lettuce and banchan (side dishes) are also provided to make lettuce wraps. We like that Mister Bossam also has outdoor patio seating.

Felt like it didn’t live up to the hype. Food was just ok to good. Ordered the LA grilled cheese pork ribs, premium Bossam and buckwheat noodle in radish water. Funny thing is, cold buckwheat noodle was my favorite dish and it wasn’t really what I was expecting. I wanted neng myun, which has chewier noodles and pairs well with hot mustard. I thought it was weird that they didn’t have the mustard or offer scissors, which is typical for this type of dish. It wasn’t until I looked at the menu more closely that I realized the menu just says buckwheat noodles in radish water. Cold broth was refreshing and noodles were more like soba than neng myun, but was pretty good. Definitely could have used hot mustard, but they did have vinegar which was enough to satisfy for the day. Premium Bossam didn’t look anything like the picture, but price was reasonable, so not a lot to complain about except I’ve had better. Way better from places that don’t especially specialize in Bossam. Anyway, was happy to check a place off my list. Last but not least, the pork ribs. The spicy sauce wasn’t really that spicy. Ttuckboki or spicy rice cake was the best part here. Egg was decent and surprisingly, the sausage and pineapple paired well together. The ribs themselves didn’t have a lot of flavor, but wasn’t bad either. Just didn’t have the pop of flavor I was expecting. Another ok dish. Banchan was light here also and service was underwhelming. We were supposed to get fried rice with the rib dish, but never got it. Had to ask for rice separately and our server never really checked back after our food came. I think they were under staffed, but that’s not my fault. Left a 20% tip anyway, but getting tired of places using circumstances as an excuse. All she had to do was apologize or let us know they were understaffed and would have been cool, but think she was just upset at the situation and we were the first ones there to face the wrath.

Went here for lunch at another restaurant in the complex and the restaurant caught my attention with a window full of good reviews from magazines. We changed our plan to try out Mister Bossam. The 2 standout dishes are:
