Had an excellent first meal here where I got what I believe was the Chef’s combo or something. My girlfriend and I loved the brisket, cornbread, and potato salad in particular. As a result we went back a week or so later to have the amazing brisket we had before, purchasing large portions of brisket and cornbread. The cornbread was again fantastic but the brisket was nothing like that first portion we had a week earlier. There were one or two tender parts accompanied with very dry, hard flaky bits almost like jerky that we put in the trash. We were both super let down as a result and if I came back it would be only to order that awesome cornbread again. I know you guys care about what you are doing, gotta police quality more. Consistency is so important.

Hands down the worst mac & cheese I’ve ever had. Their sampler plate was as minimal as the choice of stars that I could give and the meat was mediocre at best. The BBQ sauce was delicious but could not save the lack of flavor of anything in the plate and the only thing in abundance was the cardboard french fries that they conveniently decided not to salt. Save your wallet and time.

Some damn good BBQ. Had the sampler, can’t decide which was best but the ribs, brisket and pulled pork were freakin amazing. Chicken was good as well just not as good as the other meats. Only in town for a few days and will visit again before I leave

Best bbq brisket in town hands down!! Perfect crusty bark on the outside and a juicy tender inside, great job on the smoke ring and in also getting the fat to render down to the point it just melts like butter In your mouth. Next time we’re in town this will definitely be my go to place for bbq and #1 recommendation.

Wow. Really great food — we had baby back ribs, chilli, greens and jalapeno cornbread. All fantastic. The staff was friendly, and the co-owner came out to see how we liked it. We ordered beer and wine at the shop next door, and had a fabulous meal. Highly recommended.
