Soup and Such began in 2006, fulfilling a lifelong dream of owner Antonia Craighill. As she looked around Billings, MT, for healthy dining options, the choices were slim. That is when she decided to pursue her dream opening Billings’ first and only Soup and Salad Bar! She used a combination of old family recipes and newly developed favorites. The result was a winning combination of five everyday soups including Baked Potato Chowder, New England Clam Chowder, Creamy Tomato Basil, Chili and Homestyle Chicken Noodle, as well as two soups that change daily.
Since 2006, Billings residents and visitors have enjoyed the fabulous selection of veggies, fruits, meats, cheeses, pasta salads, potato salad and 13 dressing choices.

Very reasonable price for a great salad and soup selection. In the 80s a salad bar was in every restaurant, and I missed loading my plate with varieties of fresh veggies. So good!

First time here. Will make it one of the stops when I am in town. This is one of the best places to eat in town. All the ingredients were fresh and soups were spot on.

Great place to stop off the highway. Family owned with a few locations…on it’s way up. 7 different soups with several gluten free options and a few vegetarian. I think there were 5 kinds of cheese to pick from on the salad bar with good variety. Family meal deal is a bonus!! Plenty of parking and shopping. Dave and his excellent communication skills informed us there are call ahead options of 30 soup choices and they also have a catering menu.

By far the best salad bar and thousand island salad dressing, creamy and delicious. The chili is my favorite soup here. I recommend eating here, a cozy n clean dining option for sure!

Save your money – not worth even one star. I looked at their menu online before going. Had a long list of soups. When I got there I ordered soup to eat in and was told if all I was getting was soup I had to get it to go and could not eat in. I ordered the soup to go. When I got back where the soup was only five were offered. Of course, by the time I got home the soup was cold. Not only that it was one of the worst bowls of soup I have ever had. They’ve tried to mimic Olive Gardens breadsticks. They were brought out just as finished packing my soup up so grabbed one. Definitely NOT fresh. After one bite I put it down the garbage disposal.

The only reason for the 4 stars on the Atmosphere was because of a few customers who were not courteous enough to manage their young child who was coughing and screaming while they chatted. Pretty rude when the tables are relatively close BUT…the food was fresh, the price was reasonable, the bread service was on point, and the place was clean.

I went in here for their “all you can eat” soup and whatever. I wasn’t expecting fine dining and superb food, but I was hoping for something that was good enough I may want seconds of something. This was not the case. Every soup I ate tasted waterd down. I can open canned chicken noodles soup at home for a fraction of the price. Wife’s experience wasn’t much better. Needless to say I won’t be returning.

Great food, fresh salad bar. Great people. The place didn’t seem overly clean but not dirty either. It was super busy but we were very well taken care of!

The staff is amazing. The food is the same but different at the same time. Just all around a good time for not a lot of money.
