Ordered takeout on the app. Was ready before I got there, super fast. The turkey and ham is excellent. The bread is nice and crispy and soft inside plenty of meat and just a perfect ratio of veggies that I asked for. Definitely will be going here again. Watch out Subway!

We found this place by mistake but happy we did. It’s the average sub shop but oh so much more. The sandwich selection is amazing and they offer some yummy soups and Mac and cheese. I had a 6” sub and it was almost more than I could eat. People are very nice the only thing I would say was it was very cold so a bit uncomfortable while trying to eat.

We tried Sourdough & Co today for the first time and the sandwiches were absolutely delightful! The fresh sourdough was so warm and tasty. I had a French dip with clam chowder and my friend had the turkey & salami w Mac n chz. The house sauce is like a Sriracha Mayo type flavor and I am here for it! We will be back!

Great service! Speedy fast, good attitudes, delicious food! It’s long awaited that Humboldt gets some real food from a good chain – and the ambiance! Try the off menu sandwich – the Crispy Crunchy Sandwich – YUM!! Christine’s a great manager. Chris makes an incredible sandwich. They really cater to your every need!

A welcome addition to the food services offered on this side of Eureka. Their menu has all kinds of different sandwiches and goodies to choose from. Their brisket and french dip seem to be the most popular. I ordered the pesto turkey with some mozzarela and it was incredible! The bread was fresh and perfectly crunchy, despite being a dinnertime order. The side of mac and cheese I got was texturally ideal, but the cheese itself tasted like “spray cheese”– a surprise, no doubt. I still ate all of it. Staff was kind and very knowledgable about their menu, popular orders, and more.

Overall it was a good experience for me. I was running around town and needed lunch So I stopped in for a take out order. The process was smooth and it was actually very fast for me. The price was a little more than expected, but everywhere is expensive these days. I had the French dip and mac and cheese. All very good.

The bread here is warm and soft and the food is really tasty. I came to the shop when they first opened and they were definitely working out some kinks. Today I went in and the ambiance was totally different. Everyone seemed much more comfortable and relaxed, it was busy but I only waited about 5 minutes for a sandwich and chili and a soda, all of which was delicious. My friend brought home a few baguettes for an event tonight and we ended up eating one in the car on the way home – too yum! Great attitudes, great food, great overall interaction in a really clean and fun atmosphere! I’ll be back!

I stopped here a couple of days ago for dinner and had a chalula chicken sandwich, which was really good. The bread was amazing – soft with a nice chew inside and crunchy on the outside. The place was pretty busy, so it took a moment to get my order, but it was well worth the wait. The staff was lovely. Very friendly and helpful. I’ll be back!

Poor quality. I think there was more toppings on the outside than the inside. My roasted vegetable soup was very salty. And didn’t continue any vegetables as compared to filler of liquid. There was like two beans in it. And what tasted like canned potatoes.
