Everyone smiling and friendly but too focused on each other. The customer is ALWAYS supposed to come first. It doesn’t take that long to make a sandwich but when you can’t work and talk at the same time it makes it take FOREVER. I watched the lady that made my sandwich finish her conversation while holding the bag with my food in it. I’ll go back ONE MORE TIME to see if the customer service improves. If it doesn’t I’ll be going to Panera instead in the future.

Today I had the pleasure of having a Pastrami Sandwich that included the Wonderful Sourdough Bread at Sourdough & Company. They included an especially generous portion of pastrami meat in the sandwich. I found the Pastrami Sandwich to be most delicious. The staff, the food, the service and the atmosphere were all wonderful. So much so, that I gave 5 stars in every measured category ………………….……

Stopped in for lunch today, first time here, got the Cobb salad and clam chowder. It was excellent. Salad was fresh and crisp and the soup was good as well. This place is right by my office and I will be eating here often. Staff was also awesome, politely greeting when coming in and leaving.

I went here yesterday and got three cookies that where straight dough in the middle and the soup was separated and tasted bad. I have eaten at the sourdough Co in Lincoln CA for years now and never had a bad experience. After getting home to find the condition of the food . I called to report what was going with the staff . I then received a call from the Manger the next morning saying he would not give me back my cash and a gift card only he was so rude telling me u had to come between 9 and 2 I could only come at three I saved the food long story short my husband took over and went down there to handle this. Don’t eat here poor food awful customer service.

Possibly the best sandwich I have ever had! I had the French Dip and the bread was crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside and the flavors were perfect. This will now be my Highway 80 pit stop!

This place has delicious bread that comes with everything, not just sandwiches. Every time I walk in, the people working greet me. The amazing part is that they always seem so genuine about it, they never seem annoyed about anything, ever! There must be good leadership combined with great employees to create such a good environment. I really appreciate this sandwich restaurant and would recommend it to anyone.

What a great sandwich!!! The bread is amazing, staff was very friendly. I got the garlic pesto turkey sandwich, hot. It is just delicious!!! And a decent price for such a good sandwich too. Would definitely reccommend.
