Light is on. Dude is in there. It’s not yet 6pm. Wouldn’t let me in. Said they were out of bread and short staffed. Couldn’t pick a lie apparently. If the sign says you’re open to 6:00 shouldn’t it mean you’re open until 6:00 apparently not.

It’s was chill but not necessarily welcoming. As for food I ordered a sandwich and Mac & cheese. The sandwich had so much mustard it was spilling out and that was basically all I tasted. The Mac & cheese tasted like a frozen kind that had been cooked there and the cheese sauce for it was thick and paste like. The bread was good tho lol.

The food here tastes good but the service is horrible. They gave away my friend’s order to a random door dash driver, forgot to make my other friend’s sandwich so she couldn’t even eat it on our lunch break, and then today they didn’t make the correct size sandwiches for the order. Avoid this place and go somewhere else

I think this store suffers from mis-management. The soda machine is consistently out of most products.The employees need to bus the tables better. Order was incorrect (wrong size sandwich). Prices are inflated, and sandwich was skimpy compared to before… sorry

Came here at 10 (when they were supposed to be open), they said they were not ready for customers and it would be at least 30 minutes until they actually opened. Very disappointing and extremely bad business on them. I obviously won’t ever be going back to this location.

The MAJORITY of the time this location SUCKS!! EXTREMELY SLOW! This is more than THREE times I’ve ordered online and have waited over 30 minutes for my online order. Got there at the estimated pickup time. Did not think i would be waiting 45+ mins. Had a total of 6 sandwiches and only ONE person making the order. While they all lallygag and make everyone else’s order first. Still waiting while they continue to put orders on the pick up shelves and make other peoples orders who got there after me. I NEVER leave bad reviews or complain about service. The workers were rude, unprofessional and outstandingly slow. The one lady who did make our order was nice, but still slow (under stable because she was the only one working on the order).

My first time here, went in, no one greeted us, no hello, no welcome, nothing. We were in there for good 2 minutes when I tried to go around and finely someone said “will be right with you”. Food wasn’t the best. I for clam chowder soup, it was TOO thick and looked curdled. I will have to be offended to eat for free for me me to consider to come back here for a second chance
