These are the most dishonest staff I have ever seen in a restaurant. We ordered a sandwich and added soup and drink as a meal. We politely said we did not need the fountain drink, and the staff removed the meal and charged the most expensive size of soup, making it even more expensive than a meal. At the end, we only received a cup sized clam chowder, not the bowl size. These dishonest people overcharge customers on tiny details. If you don’t catch on that, you will be cheated. Will not ever visit again.

Employees are almost never very nice or welcoming. You could be the kindest person in line they will still be unpleasant to you. I rarely order for myself or accept doordash orders at this store anymore because The staff is just unpleasant.

There was a confusion about the hours of operations on Sunday which are 11-6pm. I reached out to Sourdough & Co via Facebook messenger and received a responds promptly and the next day I even received a personal call from the manager apologizing about the confusion and going above and beyond to make the situation right. Absolutely stellar customer service.

First, the owner of this establishment is absolutely incredible. He loves our community and does everything he can to create an atmosphere of hospitality on our Main Street. Second, my wife and I have eaten both breakfast and lunch here and the food is always amazing. The staff is courteous and the food is always fresh and done in a timely manner. We are so grateful that this eatery is on our Main Street!
