New years Eve, on possibly the worst year in modern history (2020), my girlfriend and I called and went to 4 places and they all had a 2 hour wait for sushi pickup. We then tried this restaurant. They said a 20 minute wait and we have always driven by it and so we placed an order. We went and it was definitely bigger than it looks from the outside. More importantly, the food was delicious. Fresh, with an amazing flavor. We ordered two sushi rolls (spicy salmon/spicy tuna roll and a catapillar roll) and one order of gyoza. We are definitely going back for more. Do yourself a favor and try this place out… you won’t regret it.

This place is what i consider a hidden gem!! BEST sushi around no questions asked, food tastes great and its always warm and flavorful! Unfortunately many people dont know about this place because its somewhat hidden. This is a must go to if u like or enjoy japanese dishes.

This is hands-down The Best of local authentic Japanese restaurants/sushi houses, around BOSTON! The menu is absolutely amazing which display the entrées in the pictures exactly the same as described, even if you choose delivery! They have an extensive unique sushi selection, as well as an authentic Japanese menu. Wow!! Is all I can say after I ordered today, and it has changed my life. Who says ordering again tomorrow is wrong, not me, I’ll tell you that 😀

It’s fine. I am coming from having speant a lot of time eating truly amazing sushi so rating New England places has been tough for me. For a place around Boston, it’s pretty good. If you’re coming from somewhere where sushi is known for being amazing, you probably won’t be thrilled. Nice sake options, though.

I thought it was okay. I came here based on reviews and found the wings and some of the rolls to be good, but I felt like the sashimi and skewered meat were just okay. I look forward to Japanese places because of the meat. The ambiance is cool and prices are reasonable. The menu is very extensive so it may be that we ordered the “wrong” stuff.

Loved finding a Japanese place that isn’t just sushi. There’s a bunch of small plates to share including a bunch of skewers. Great variety of sake. Also this place has the largest selection of japanese whiskey I’ve seen in the area. Bar area was great!
