Food was hot & delicious. Waffle fries were crispy & good. I’m not normally a fan of cheese whiz but it good on the fries. I subbed the cheese whiz on my Cheese Steak for American. If you want mayo, ask for it. Overall good. The place was clean & napkins are on the wall. If you don’t mind the sound of the video game machines, this place was great.

Beware of dynamic hours of operation. My son was in town so we looked for a new local place to patronize. Did a search on “Philly cheese steaks”. Reviews looked good. Drove to St Aug from the Green Cove Springs area to give them a try. We walked in at 8pm to find nobody at the host stand (Google reported them open until 9pm). About a min later somebody very casually breezes past the background and just said… “we’re not open, sorry. We closed an hour early”… and just kept on walking. That was essentially the extent of their dialog and our visit. Unfortunately given the circumstances I won’t be making that journey to attempt again. Too many other wonderful restaurants in St Aug who are welcoming business. Ended up at Prohibition Kitchen and had a great sampling of drinks, appetizer, and dinner. Highly recommend them

I can’t comment on the food since all we got was drinks and some fries. They have a variety of pinball machines that are well maintained which is why we were there. Will be back then maybe a Philly to taste.

Very good onion rings and buffalo chicken sub. Didn’t try anything else, unfortunately, but I hear good things about their other subs. Food is reasonably priced, bottles drinks are quite pricey.

Best Steak I’ve had outside of Philly; and yes they have the bread. Great little spot to stop for a quick bite. Pinball and video games give a full throwback feel, always love this place.

Literally the rudest and worst customer service I have ever come across. Coming from someone who works in the restaurant Industry I would have NEVER spoken to a customer the way my family and I were spoken to today. We walked in and there was nobody at the host stand. The guy grabbing the food looked at us without acknowledgement. So I said hello and the only reply I got was a blunt and attitude filled “we are at capacity” as he was walking away from us. I looked around and saw absolutely no sign about what their capacity was and to make it that much better there were about 5-8 open tables. We stood there waiting for people to leave and about a minute later three people got up and left so we asked if they were still at capacity and if we just needed to wait for 2 more people to leave (there were 5 of us) to which the guy responds “whatever just do what you want” WHAT?? At this point we were frustrated and were ready to leave when the kitchen guy chimes in. He asked what was going on and thinking he was going to try and fix the situation, we told him. Our bad for thinking there was anyone who actually cared working in this establishment, because he responded with “ok” and then under his breath said something along the lines of “I don’t really care”. So after walking 1.5 miles just to get there, we left with a bad taste in our mouth, and would tell ANYBODY that if you want actual good service, run the other way!!

12 Bucks for the ultimate Italian. thing is crazy delicious (stop) Promise Fracking insane! there’s no way you can not be satisfied.. spicy fries was more like really good season fries get a side of there Philly cheese for dipping fries are insanely expensive 7 bucks for a small order (all one size) but there Good fries no complaints staff is Rock Star cool an a joy to talk to they love there craft!! right on this place is a winner… Lastly philly was money my wife said it was okay so so tbh it’s definitely above above average an probably the best around not taking away from it the Philly is perfectly delicious I just think the ultimate Italian is the clear rock star at this place!! thanks we recommend !! Great food for a nice price overall an they these crazy cookies crackera that are mouth watering
