I was not alerted that my food was ready until 3 minutes after I left the restaurant. I went through the drive thru because it had been 30 minutes for a small pizza and salad. The lady working drive thru had 0 personality and was rude. I verbally confirmed the side of ranch on the order to which she acknowledged, but it was not in there.

My steak sub deserved 1 star but I can’t do that to my beloved Giovanni’s. The bread was chewy as though it had been microwaved. This was hands down the worst sub I’ve ever had from any Giovanni’s in 40 years. My dogs gave it 5 stars.

Best pizza ever made. Period. End of story. Don’t debate me. I’m right. And Blackburn Giovanni’s is hands down the best location I’ve visited. See…they don’t all have the buffet with the little sandwiches. But Blackburn does!! And You can have as many slices of pizza awesomeness as well as a very nice salad AND the hot ham and cheese sandwich (which must be made by the hands of angels and likely includes unicorn meat because this is the best sandwich that ever existed or ever will).

That place was great now giving one star i could not imagine what those workers feel. I walked in and it was probably 90 degrees inside the store. Hardly any air what so ever. How can a owner let his employees work in that condition.
