You can put a lot of things in a cheese steak, but the cardinal rule of the one thing that is never allowed is swiss cheese. John Kerry tried ordering a cheese steak with swiss this during his presidential campaign bid and we all saw how they turned out. Anywhere you see swiss being offered on a cheese steak is a good indicator that the establishment knows nothing about the cuisine from the region it’s attempting to copy and should be avoided at all cost.

Went for Mother’s Day lunch. Was the first time we had ever been there so we got the traditional. Can’t wait to go back and trade some of their specialty sandwiches. Very nice people also.

Best Philly I’ve had in awhile!!!!!! My husband is a very picky eater and it takes alot to please him, HE even said this was good!!!! And the lemonade was delicious!!!!! Will be coming here from now on for our phillys

Food taste great and staff is friendly but the reason I gave them a 2 out of 5 stars is because none of the pros matter if they aren’t available, they’re posted schedule is very misleading. I’ve only caught them physically open twice but have gone by the actual storefront multiple times to only be disappointed by their absence. The days and hours state that they are supposed to be on premises but when you arrive there’s nobody there, and rumor is that at those times they are on location in the food truck or catering, but why not let customers know the exact schedule instead of leaving us hanging or better yet at least have a skeleton crew work the storefront? This is an example of great food but poor business sense, as a “Black owned establishment” we need to do better and be more professional.

This traditional steak philly cheesesteak was REALLY good! The roll it was served on was the best I’ve ever had!!! I’ll be eating here again. $7 crinkle fries was a bit pricy, but they were good.

Let me first start with the good, this was a really clean and well run establishment. Wanted to try it for a while. I ordered the house Philly which tasted pretty good but for me, it wasn’t the Philly taste I was looking for, tasted like it had a touch of vinegar in it which kind of threw my taste buds off but I can say that it was not a bad tasting sandwich, just different but it was good enough that I would go back and try something else.

Don’t listen to the haters in other reviews. In fact their plan backfired b/c it made me want to go even more. I like a food truck but I’m old fashioned I like a brick & mortar building. It was easy to find and there’s other restaurants in the office park area. The employees are very kind. I felt like I was amongst friends. They offered to let us eat in but we declined we wanted to get home and have the “itis” LOL

Service amazing ! And the traditional Philly is the best Philly I’ve had period . It’s got a flavor to it that sets it apart any Philly I’ve ever had . And it’s put together perfectly , all the meat n veggies and down to the bread . . . Potato salad was pretty good too ! I like how they sliced the potato’s in like a scalloped type of way . Going back today to try something different on their menu .
