My brother brought us to Wind Creek Bethlehem Casino in Pennsylvania and saw Philly Steak and Fries at the food court. We ordered the Philly Loaded cheesesteak with onions, peppers and provolone cheese with fries and gravy, chicken tenders and the Balboa Steak with bacon mushrooms and cheez whizz and chicken tenders. They were big portions and so mouth watering delicious.

Been coming here a long time. Never really had problem with food. Prices keep going up but I guess that’s expected. I always get the teriyaki chicken and tenders free of course using 25 comps.

Cashier was very rude when I was trying to order and didn’t even listen enough to get the order right but I just shrugged it off and ate without a drink because I didn’t wanna go back and deal with her again. The cheesesteak was disgusting to be honest. Very overpriced. They really shouldn’t call themselves south Philly cheesesteaks because they don’t resemble them whatsoever. Never again.

My wife and I visited this location in August this year, we stopped by this location because we herd the food was suppose to be pretty good. Our counter host was cordial and curtious but made an error on our orderd after a minimal wait our food was ready. We orderd 2 chicken cheese steak and fries but was given cheese steak instead. We quickly returned the food to the counter and was met with total attuide by a young Hispanic worker. The host said she made a mistake and resubmitted our order.

Order a steak and fries, no mushrooms, they gave me one piece of steak, one piece of green pepper, 4 pieces of red pepper and no onions, a container full of French fries all for the price of 12.15. Two was purchased.

1 star is to high. Ordered 2 whiz kids and chicken fingers. Waited over 25 while orders after mine were served. I finally receive my order and the sandwiches were nothing close to a whiz kid. Kid at the register has no regard to customers and a few other staff members were on their cell phones hiding in the kitchen. Management should be fired.

I ignored the slow service more than once. Every time I come here on a Friday/Saturday night, this ill-mannered cashier named Dominick takes my order and rudely asks if that’s all I want to order. He really makes it seem as if his job is a real chore… I ordered just buffalo wings from here twice, and during both times, my wings were ready and sitting on the counter right behind him. He even saw that the wings were there and the receipt was on the tray, meaning the order is done. I wonder why he hasn’t given it to me yet, because he was not taking orders and was just standing there talking nonsense with his colleague, while flinging his arms back and forth like he’s got nothing to do. I stand there and wait, giving him the benefit of the doubt thinking that the order is not mine and is incomplete. When he finally takes a break from his talk, he then packs the wings and hand them to me after letting it sit there for at least 10 minutes. Not to mention, he continues to talk all over my food while packing. This has happened MORE than once already. Absolutely intolerable.
