Don’t bother wasting your time. It isn’t worth the aggrevation. For starters, I ordered a loaded Philly SUB, and they gave me the loaded Philly FRIES. That’s a significant difference, when you’re eating it for dinner. Second, given that they charged me $22 and change, clearly there was a miscommunication, which was compounded by the fact that neither the guy taking orders nor the guy making the food spoke very good English. That should probably be a key requirement for a job like that. Notice how there are no blind Uber drivers? That’s not an accident. There were about three or four people after me who looked quite annoyed when they got their orders as well, so I’m guessing this wasn’t as isolated an incident as you might think.

Horrible experience! Slow service ! Dude on the grill was touching his nose and lips with his gloves on while 4 of us were waiting for fries. Took about 5 to 10mins When fries did come up it was a cluster mess of who go what and when. Then it was my turn to get my fries and dude just tossed some cold bacon on my loaded fries and I think he was the manager. Don’t want to even give one star…

Definitely not Charley’s. Nothing exciting about this place. I ordered the Cheez Wiz steak sub and the cheese was COLD. I had to mix it thru the steak to make it lukewarm. Same cold cheese sauce was given to me in a cup for my fries. Sauce had good flavor, but who wants cold cheese sauce? Had I known this I would not have ordered it. Sub bread was okay, but again nothing special.

For as long as you have to wait, to get cold fries is ridiculous, and for what you pay their food is horrible. Just not worth it, Subway can serve you up a better philly cheese steak and McDonald’s fries would be a better selection. Their fries were blackish brown from neglect on changing the fryer oils, just disgusting their food made me nautious from the fries alone.

I understand this place is in a mall and is overpriced, but this is ridiculous. Both of us ordered the same thing. A chicken bacon ranch sub, bacon ranch fries and a drink and it cost over $30. They wouldnt fill the soda up and told us to come back up (and wait in the line) for refils. The order taker took forver and kept asking the same questions. We wait for a while for them to cook the subs. They ask us if we wanted cheese, lettuce, tomato etc and we replied we alteady told them what we wanted. He didnt put it on the check. So we tell them and then they ask what cheese. We reply the american that comes on it. They didnt have american, this was over 10 minutes after we ordered. We finally sit down and start eating. I had not realized we orderred salt subs. The salt content was so high that is all we tasted. I would have said the ranch would have cut back on some of the saltyness, but out chicken bacon ranch had no ranch. So we bacically had $16 dollar salt sandwiches, they forgot the ranch, didnt have the cheese we wanted, melted most of thr cheese on the wrap (so we lost most of it because it pulled the foil off when we opened them, no lettuce, tomato, or mayo we asked for TWICE, and there was a tiny drizzle of ranch and a dusting of almost burnt bacon on the cool fries. The employees were not even apologetic when we told them. The manager said “Thats not good.” And walked away and started talking to the employees. We couldnt even eat the salty food, let alone the fact the grilled chicken was chicken steakums. Terrible experience .
