Had a plate here last night. 2nd one I’ve had from them and they are amazing. Very well done. My first and all time favorite was Marks, right across the street, but I feel they have slipped over the last few years as have other big names in the area. Great plates are becoming harder to find in rochester. Do yourself a favor and get one of these. I’ll be back.

Ordered through uber eats. Large cheesesteak and it comes with a free drink, but when I got there the woman said I had to pay for the drink and told me it wasn’t included even though it said so on the app. Never had this problem anywhere else and I order through apps often. Not a huge deal but still not right. Don’t know if I’ll be coming back, and their “cheesesteak” is not even a real cheesesteak, Anyone who’s been to Philly knows what I’m talking about.

Apparently now that I read the reviews next time I’ll try a sub if I ever go back. The plate I had was pretty bad and lacking any flavor. Terrible Mac salad, burgers, and home fries, stick to marks if you’re on the fence.

I came here recently with my boyfriend around 2:00 am. We walked up to the counter to order ours subs to be told they are not making subs anymore. We were confused because they don’t close until 3:00 am. We’ve ordered food from here before and have had no problems. We’re regulars. I’m giving them a one star because of this. It sucks because their food is really good but you need to specify to your customers if you’re going to stop making food at a certain time so that time is not wasted going there, waiting in line, only to be disappointed that you’re not making what we wanted.
