I’m no food critic but I just ate there 20 minutes ago. Came in with two friends and we each got different meals. I got the combination yakisoba with egg on the side. Let me tell you this is the best Asian food I have ever had. My two buddies are much more critical about food like this and they both agreed that it was incredible. Perfect mix of veggies, noodles, and excellently cooked meats. I think they struggle to bring in customers because of the area and their storefront being a little off-putting. I’ll even admit I was skeptical and almost skipped it at first. The price was just under $20 which is pretty modest for this area. The inside is very clean and much nicer than the outside suggests. Very friendly guy at the front really sold this as a 5 star experience for me. If you’re an average person looking for an incredible place to eat in Austin, I’ll urge you to try this place because I believe the only thing holding them back from being big time is the storefront appearance.

Went with a group of friends when they just opened, so there was no wait for us. We just ordered at the tablet. I got the chicken Katsu ramen. The Katsu was on the side so you can dip it into the ramen. It was decent and affordable. It’s not the best ramen, but it was good enough. Service was quick too.

Now they offer Chinese style bbqs. Current hour is 18-22 Tuesday to Sunday. The boss said the hours might change to 17:30-22 next week. Overall it is such a great experience to see new food in the campus area. Hope this will eventually grow bigger.

Foods good, the Chicken Katsu ramen comes with a whole piece of chicken and a huge bowl of ramen. There’s usually leftovers, so the austin prices are worth it. The ambiance is chill to eat in, I like their decoration.

Now this could just be because I got it from doordash so it would’ve cooled off and the ingredients aren’t really put together how they should be once it finally arrives to me. BUT I don’t think it excuses the use of corn. All 3 times I got ramen from this place they were all like genuinely some of the worst ramen I’ve had. Like every ingredient always has something wrong with it.

To give credit both the veggie broth and kimchi broth were perfect and delicious. But the noodles tasted like $1 ramen, the sides were missing (Postmates order) and my biggest complaint is the lack of corn from 2 different ramen bowls that had it as a topping, one of which was the veggie bowl where you’d think veggies would be strongly featured. Also the veggies that were preset in the veggie bowl looked like they were cut in a paper shredded and poorly cooked. The ajitama egg was only half of an egg which was a little disappointing but well cooked and marinated.

Normally, the food is good. However, I came today, and I bit into a piece of raw chicken in my chicken teriyaki bowl. The owner refused to replace it, saying it’s just ‘one piece’.
