The customer service was great from the moment you come in until you leave. The food was just ok. I had the hot dogs. The hot dog seemed cheap and under cooked. The chili seemed to just be ketchup bc I could not see any meat. I will not order again. My husband tried the chicken Philly. He said the chicken was kind of dry but the peppers and onions made it work. The roll was some soft good bread. We will try again with other options. The fries were hot and good. And service was fast we did not wait more than 10 mins for our food.

The 1 unisex restroom had not been cleaned in a LONG time & the papertowel holder was broken, so there was no way dry you’re hands. The hand soap is so watered down that it spashes everywhere when pumped. They have a lot of food options & that may be the problem (focusing on quantity over quality). Beef tips were hard & dry cut-up steak chucks. The okra was so hard that you couldn’t pierce it with a fork. The tomatoes on my sandwich were so unripe that they had more crunch than my french french fries. Staff was very friendly & attentive.

I love the blooming onion and we always tell them to add spices to it . Last time our waitress even brought us a small cup of the spices , and we actually put it in our ranch, mixed it up and it was soooo good !!

Had three signs on the outside of restaurant that says open, when we went inside they told us their grill was closed even though it was 45 minutes before it says they close online. We asked what they had and they ignored us and kept counting money and writing stuff down. We then decided to go somewhere else when we said they should have told us they were closed and the older lady with grey hair said we should have came before they closed. Very rude and disrespectful to ignore potential customers and to expect us to know they were already closing when there was nothing that disclosed that. Only nice thing about this experience was the younger lady at the front that said sorry to us as we left. (Picture doesn’t show whole building)

I ordered two hotdogs today 5-4-2023….. I opened the plate….. I found two empty hotdog buns, with two wieners sitting on the side, with all the fixings on top of them!!!! I thought all the belonged inside the bun!! It looked like something I was gonna feed a hog!!! I called back, only to get told “IF I BRING IT BACK THEY’LL PUT IN IN THE BUN”…… I was 50 miles away by then. I’ll never step foot back in that “”“TRIFLING RACIST DUMP””, again!!!
