The excellent southern style foods were great! Very tasty and seasoned perfectly, I had the fried chicken, sweet potatoes, and Mac and cheese and everything was perfect. It’s a great spot for a great meal. The portions were good and the price was reasonable. I’ll be going back and recommend to anybody that hasn’t given them a try, to do so. You won’t be disappointed.

Went for a second time to see if our first visit was a fluke. It wasn’t !! The food is true southern cooking at its best. The fried fish was fresh and delicious as was the fried chicken. The collard greens … good, okra…. good, Mac & cheese… awesome. All the desserts looked wonderful however we didn’t have enough room to try them. The atmosphere is no thrills but the food certainly makes up for it. I highly recommend dining here.

Fantastic food! Fried chicken, turkey wings, broiled chicken, macaroni and cheese, and especially the peach cobbler. Even the tea is good. Oh! They even have seafood at certain times.

Decided when we passed this was a few days ago that we would stop on the way back. Will not be a single visit!! We absolutely loved it. I went high carb but my friend and I shared each other’s sides. Hands down the best I’ve had! It was literally melt off the bone and we’ll seasoned. Didn’t grab one condiment, salt or pepper. Tracy (husband/owner) very meekly came out to ask how everything was. Very sweet and loved the humbleness in his demeanor. After we mentioned how wonderful the food was he got a magazine and brought it to us. It had a two page article on the restaurant and his lovely wife. First page being a full page picture of her in her chef’s coat. Thank you for treating us like family, or better lol.
