Delicious food and wonderful service. The restaurant is very clean! It’s also evident that the owner loves God, our country and first responders. Good luck picking up a to go order. I stood at the counter for at least 15 minutes, and every waitress just looked at me and went on with what they were doing. Like i wasnt a customer standing at the counter. I decided they can throw the food i ordered away. I couldnt even cancel it because no one would listen. I called but the phone went to voicemail. It might be good food, but im not gonna stand there looking like a fool when NO ONE even bothered to say hello. Its sad when Id MUCH rather eat at our mcdonalds than southern rose because at least they ask you if youve been helped.

Had a superb breakfast here! When I asked my waitress if they had olives? Her response was, ” HELL NO” lol! I only asked because I detest olives with a passion, so my wonderful waitress won my heart with her brilliant response.

We expected it must be good if the long line at the drive-thru was any indication. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. We arrived shortly after 8; were made to feel welcome and never rushed. Another guest arrived right at closing snd was treated in the same welcoming manner. The waitress was polite and helpful when asked to describe dishes in which we were not familiar. I decided to try the Stuffed Milanesa (never heard if it before). It was AMAZING. My husband had chicken fried steak – it was also very good. His mac-n-cheese was not worth the $2 up charge and presented exactly like kraft mac-n-cheese from a box. We would definitely eat here again.
