The woman @ the counter was very helpful explaining what was being offered, the days they were open & the prices. I think the prices could be clearer as I spent over $65+ for 3 platters, 1 dessert and 1 side, which I didn’t receive. They have multiple days they’re open outside of normal market hours, but I was directed to check social media for more info. The food was just OK….I was told to call ahead next time for quicker service. This is really the only stand in the market worth visiting. A good stop for those new to soul food.

The food is amazing I can’t say enough about her southern cooking. Fried catfish and collard greens were amazing. The best cornbread I ever had!!! Amazing owner and staff! Highly recommend!!!

Food was fantastic. We had fried chicken, Mac and cheese, potatoe salad, rice and corn bread. Oo man was it good. Everything was fresh. The staff was very nice. We will definitely be back!

The owner shonda was very nice I placed order online and she said she doesn’t take online orders. I was charged and have to get in contact with bank for refund google pay won’t reimburse me. Shonda felt bad and offered me something to drink while I waited for order I placed at market. She even took my order at 11:00 even though she didn’t open until 11:30.

Price was way to expensive spent $42 on 2 platters bbq ribs and bbq chicken were horrible could barley bite into the ribs both meats were so tuff collard greens were still hard no seasoning and small portions of sides my first time there and my last never again definitely a huge waste of money I DO NOT recommend!
