Placed an order for pickup for three cheeseburgers and three large fries. The cheeseburgers are phenomenal, but the fries! We have three to-go boxes of the absolute, worst fries I’ve ever tasted in my life. Nothing but a soggy, greasy, burnt mess. How can you serve this to customers?

The question has always remained the same. Who goes to a barbecue restaurant ordering a burger? Well, I did! It was excellent along with the fries and drink on the side. The hostess was very friendly, constantly asking if we needed anything. Let’s not forget about the daily lunch special either. It was a very hefty portion my friend couldn’t finish, but he took his desert to go (pecan pie).

We should have known this was going to be sub par when seeing how the kitchen staff were treating their only server. Poor communication, out of chicken, wings and other items. Burger wasn’t seasoned and fries were cold. The bbq sandwich was just sweet baby ray’s sauce. Onion rings were the only redeeming thing we found here.

I don’t understand how you can mess up nachos and fries this bad. The ribs were ok but the fries were completely cold and limp and the nachos were stale and cold. How is this place in business ?
