First time coming to this bar. Bar was an okay, vibe like every other bar in Philly. Food service was good but the food was disgusting salty is hell and over done. When we ask to exchange the food we had for another selection on the meal that you can not mess up like wings we was told they don’t do refunds or exchange and we had to pay for another meal on the menu full price AGAIN SMH. SO NEVER AGAIN WILL I RETURN NOR RECOMMEND ANY OF MY FRIENDS!

Treat yourself to this place, it’s a mixed crowd with young and old alike. The best thing about this place is the food and the Margerita towers. The service can be slow at times but well worth the wait. I can’t stress enough how good the sautéed spinach is, and I never even liked spinach. The salmon egg rolls are to die for and just wow. ONLY Bar In South Philly You Will Love! Great Vibes, Food Is amazing, Crabs are to die for!!!! Drinks Are Very Good & They Always have Specials. For the hookah lovers, wow the hookah there is everything always a great pull. The whole staff down to security, even the DJ was friendly & made sure I was good the whole night. Definitely will continue to be one of the TOP 5 & Not Number 5 Bars On My List.

The place looks to have potential yet the service was horrible, the bartender seemed to be unhappy and showed in her performance. And to top my evening off you have security at the front door cool, so they come in and argue with patrons and instead of handling the situation with some courtesy, dignity and taste, they were down right Disrespectful. I would give them a zero star rating if I could. Be safe in, there you never know who’s carrying or allowed in with something.

Steph was very amazing, I drove 4 hours from VA and was hungry and decided to Apple Maps “bars” and Southside was the first to pop up… step was extremely warm upon entry, the staff were very sweet! Definitely coming back again!
