From reading prior reviews I was expecting a really good variety of steaks as well as a really good place to eat all around. Not that it wasn’t good just not what I expected. There is only two types of steak you could get and the menu is very small not many things to choose from. I got the 9oz filet mignon which was cooked perfectly but had little to no flavor the steak sauce improved it which in my opinion shouldn’t be needed. The potato’s tasted like they were made from a box. The asparagus, ceased salad, and mozzarella stick were delicious though the mozzarella sticks were huge. Overall it was good but not worth what it cost. I don’t think I would return here.

It was our first time experiencing this restaurant. We went to celebrate a friend’s Birthday at brunch. We sat on the covered patio. The weather was great. We had Jennifer for our waitress. She was excellent. I will definitely request her again. I enjoyed the Scarlett & Amaretto Mimosas. They offer their Mimosas in two sizes. We had the biscuits with the strawberry preserve, honey & butter as a starter and ordered the 3 egg omelet with the homestyle potatoes. We enjoyed our food and will definitely go again. It was perfect for a place we knew nothing about but took a chance on due to our original place being overcrowded.

Very good food and service. Their steak is outstanding and at a reasonable price. You will not be disappointed with any item on the menu. The Saturday night half price wine bottles are also highly recommended. It is a smallish place, so the seating is a bit tight.

Excellent food. Surprisingly great steaks (ordered their Filet Mignon). Others in our party ordered the Maine Sea Scallops and they looked really good – very positive comments were made concerning them. The service is attentive and helpful. Seating is somewhat limited, however there is additional seating outside.

Southside Grill has got you covered if you want a warm and cozy place to sit on a cold winter’s night. Fireplace and heaters are on the patio. Plus an amazing happy hour with great drinks! To make my own gluten free dinner I had the lamb chops that were perfectly done and a house salad with no croutons. They also have an outstanding brunch you need to try.

Tried them for the 1st time and the food was great. Wish they had a few more options that don’t have seafood but it was delicious. Also ordered a drink but it was not made right. Server seemed very distracted and was taking long to check on us. Would have tried a dessert if they weren’t slow.

Southside Grill is a fantastic long time restaurant/grill in the Lenox Village area. Location can’t be beat and definitely a place for either a casual meal, or even a special occasion. I usually take friends here for their birthday and they are never disappointed. The food is from scratch and always delicious, and the inside atmosphere is comfortable and inviting. Definitely one of my top 10 go to places in Nashville for a quality meal.

Y’all, do yourself a favor and have brunch here. Not that the downtown places aren’t great too, but this is far less crowded and the food is absolutely delicious. Just had a filet (cooked to perfection), cheesy eggs, and English muffin with honey (probably local lol) Oh and a mimosa to top it all off:)
