stopped to grab breakfast this morning and received moldy salsa. Taco shells are stale. She served the rice with her hand. And for “fresh” tortillas that were most likely made days before. $68 down the drain. Never going back.

Best burritos around. Amazing taste, and very filling. Highly recommended.

Food is good. We had the chicharron burrito. I do have to say, one of the employees, the older lady, was kind of rude, super inpatient with customers. I went there for the first time but I had other people with me that had been going there for years. We placed and order, and while they were making them, we added a few more burritos to our order and the employee seemed to not like that. Other than that the food is good.

A local favorite for authentic New Mexican food. The Green Chile stew, Posole, Carne asada burrito and red chile chichorrones are my favorites. They make a mean Frito pie as well. You can order the chichorrones by the 1/4 pound. Patience is key here they make your food and ring you up then the next person in line. Lunch can be a wait if alot of people are in front of you. The food is great. Nice small town diner close to Albuquerque.

The beans and potatoes were gross in the huveos rancheros. Very dry and not tasty. The restroom was dirty and smelled! Only one restroom they should have two. Did not like having to order at the counter then getting served in styrofoam containers. No ice with our drinks and had to buy the water and soda from a cooler. Will not be back or recommend it to anyone! Their chicharrones were dry and everything seemed old not fresh!

We thought it was just “okay”. No condiments of any sort so if you enjoy Guacamole etc then this isn’t the place for you. We were excited to try this place after hearing so many great things. We left thinking “eh”.

The chicharrones burrito is the best I’ve ever had! It was also the perfect fuel for climbing the mountain at El Cerro de Los Lunas!!
