Every time we order from Souvlaki’s, it’s always fresh. The salad’s don’t have any brown lettuce & they don’t ever get disgusted when I ask for my salad done special. Also if you haven’t ever tried the meat pizza with green peppers & extra cheese it’s definitely worth it!!! Everyone is very polite from the order taker to the delivery driver. Keep up the great work.

i been going here for a while but the phone is getting ridiculous. put you on hold for long periods of time and then i finally rings and no one picks up. food is decent not great but these long hold times for like 10 mins and then they dont answer. I once left the phone by my PC and forgot i was one hold because there was 9 callers in front of me says the machine. 36 mins later still on hold.i called back and had to wait another 15 mins to get someone to pickup. The driver told me sometimes it gets busy and they dont answer the phone. so you need a lot of time to order from here. never experienced anything like this at any place this bad at taking a order. its a shame cause there close cheap and decent but my time is worth more than it takes to weight. not to mention sometimes delivery takes well over a hour. websites says free delivery but they also charge me 1 dollar for delivery. sometimes its fast. I’m done with this place wasting my time. i dont mind being on hold but the hit or miss if they answer when it finally rings is not for me. no shortage of places to eat here in Manchester. We work a lot in this house and free time is short.

Ordered a shredded steak, cheese and onion calzone with sauce on the inside. I asked for them to please drain the meat so it won’t be greesy because I’ve learned from past experience. What I received was the complete opposite. I was disappointed but what really disappointed me was there was more dough, very little meat, no cheese, and some onion. The sauce on the inside was pretty much non existent and it was over cooked. I’ve ordered calzone a number of times from Souvlaki and they never disappoint but this time they really let me down. Two things the food arrived hot which is a good thing and the delivery man was was very personable.

Overall experience was great! The pizza and sides we ordered came out relatively quickly and the staff had a good sense of urgency as the business became congested with walk in orders. May not be the absolute best for cold leftovers the next day (I’m a college student and live for cold pizza). I recommend eating their pizzas hot and fresh day of.
