REALLY LOVE THIS PLACE. I really enjoy coming here on date night with my girlfriend. The service is always great and the food is just amazing. The soup is to die for and the honey walnut shrimp is a MUST TRY. Would recommend this place to anyone. It is also easily located in downtown.

It was our first time trying the newly added part of Soy House. We went for pho, but decided to try this side instead. We loved it! Everything was very fresh, beautifully presented, & our server Marie offered tips on things we wouldn’t have known to ask about. We were happy with the portions, the two broths we tried were excellent, & the pana cotta desert was refreshing. We will be back!

My family (party of 5/3 generations ) enjoyed a late lunch/early dinner. Our server (stylish glasses) was attentive and patient. I loved that the water had a hint of lime. We enjoyed outdoor seating. The servings were huge and flavorful. My vegan requests were honored and there was so much variety for me to select and sample! The bun had a bit too much dough:filling ratio for me. I was happy they had more than one vegan option, though. I’m always a fan of the rice noodles. The prices were reasonable for our mix of apps and entrees. It was a scrumptious experience for all!

Wow, so many vegetarian options! They have a separate vegan menu, with additional vegetarian options on the regular menu. Staff were excellent and everyone seemed to be eager for us to enjoy our meals. Super impressive. We have visited many many times. Favorites are the savory sticky rice with tofu, veggie pho with tofu, tofu seaweed and crispy chicken (but with tofu) with sweet & sour sauce.

I ordered two Vietnamese sandwiches and a pho to go from Soy House, but my experience was disappointing. The order was tightly packed in a bag, and when I asked about silverware and hot sauce, the lady assured me there was Sriracha inside. However, I wanted extra chili and was told it would cost more, even though I inquired if it would be free if I dined in. Turns out, she lied – there was no sauce in my to-go order. The pho itself was unappetizing and lacked flavor. Moreover, there were no napkins, fork, or spoon provided. Overall, a frustrating and unsatisfactory experience.
