The pizza was good. Not spectacular but im not mad at it. The cheesecake was great amd the strawberries were fresh and tastey. It was a small peice for how much it cost though. And the mozzarella sticks were also decent. Would order here again but probably not the pizza.

The Pizza is really good. I’m assuming the name is based on the classic character from fast times at Ridgemount high with Sean Penn. It is a business inside a business. It’s a classic sports bar with a pizza joint hidden in the back. Phillies Sports Bar is what you will see when you walk in the door. You can get a pie from them and it is the same. If you are looking for delivery, this is a great option. Either way it’s a really good pizza.

I was until 3 days ago a regular customer. The food is okay, it does suffer from inconsistency….one order good, the next order not so much. But all along there have been small mistakes. Missing requested and wrong condiments, no sauce or wrong sauce on wings, big bubble spots on the pizza where all the cheese and toppings slide off and leave part of the pizza with burnt crust. (this is going to happen, but you don’t send the pizza out, right? they do.) So I finally called to complain I ordered a Caesar Salad, they sent ranch dressing, no Caesar dressing, the wings had no sauce, again. I called to voice my concerns the Manager took no responsibility what so ever she blamed their App Slice instead. So, I asked her, Slice told you to send Ranch instead of Caesar dressing for my Caesar Salad and to put no sauce on my wings? She said, she could send out a side of Caesar dressing as a remedy for my concerns. Not acceptable treatment for someone who until 3 days ago was a regular customer. I say, if you make mistakes, you own them and not make excuses.

I have never had a bad pizza from this place I’ve never had any problems with the food quality. Some of the serving folk at Phillies tend to make it a less than optimal experience. If spicoli’s had their own restaurant it would probably do a lot better.

Ok so this place is no good in my opinion, would give zero stars if I could. decided to try em out and ordered delivery a while back and when the food was delivered it was cold with hardly any cheese on the pizza, You could clearly see the bread throughout the whole pie. the wings were also cold. And to top it off the salad was soggy and seemed past it’s useful date. Pretty much threw out most of the food because it didn’t taste good anyway. Didn’t even taste the salad for fear of food poisoning. For pretty hefty prices I was definitely expecting better. Big jimmy’s is way better for half the price. I felt like I was ripped off. called them, talked to a staff member she assured me a manager would call. Long story short I called and called and never received a call back. Always just an excuse. “I’m not authorized to issue a full or even partial refund, you’ll have to wait for a manager to call you” I must have tried 5 or 6 times. I wouldn’t spend your money here. Pretty bad when you get beat by $5 pizza. what disappointed me the most was their lack of concern for a paying customer. A customer who has spent lots of money and used to regularly visit philly’s bar and grill, which they are affiliated with.

I read too many negative reviews on here. I’ll show my picture and you tell me what’s wrong. It’s hot, flavorful and delicious. The key to good delivery is, don’t live too far away, and always tip the driver. Another thing I’ve noticed that causes bad reviews can be the app you use. That’s why I always call direct. I just love their pies!
