The Spadella brand was born from the idea and experience of 3 internationally renowned entrepreneurs Felletti Max, De Lorenzo Maurizio and Habona Fuad, all 3 coming from the restaurant world for generations.
Our pizza is prepared following the ancient Neapolitan recipe and cooked in ovens at high temperatures for only about one minute. The dough recipe is specified directly by the founder, a pizza maker and Neapolitan master in the sector, the recipe guarantees lightness, flavors and fragrance to the pizza being booth good for the palate and the body since is gluten free %80.
All of our Pasta, Panini and Sauces are Homemade as for us the most important thing is the flavors of italy to all of our costumers.

The food is excellent! Not five stars cos the decor is very basic although being a new place I imagine that will improve. I had gluten free pizza with thin strips of eggplant and wow it was so good and best of all a thin crust. My friend had a pasta dish also yummy. Patio service too. They will be adding gluten free pancakes for breakfast soon.

The restaurant at this address is no longer Spadella. The restaurant there now is a restaurant called Spatullas (similar name, logo and menu). However, beware- the new restaurant does not have Neopolitan style pizza (and sadly, their pizza isn’t great)

Would definitely recommend. We had the NY Strip, Chicken Parm and a slice of pizza. The pizza slice is made to order…not cut from another pie which is a nice change of pace. Steak was cooked perfectly and the roasted potatoes were great. Chicken parm was tender and the pasta was great. Can’t wait to come back and try breakfast!

This restaurant is fairly new. I went with two friends. One ordered chicken with pasta one ordered eggplant parmesan and I ordered lasagna. The lasagna was a little bit garlicky but I found it was well done very tasty and I will order it again finding that it was better than many other places I have tried to make it in the area. Found that the shoes to be okay and not at all spectacular. The restaurant is basically a pizza store but the chef seems to have a knowledge of Italian food and says he’s specializes in Chinese food which is not served at the restaurant. I would go back

I frequent this restaurant. Isabella and Chef Johnny are the nicest most welcoming people. They are so friendly and remember my name every time. They treat you like family. The food is constantly yummy from breakfast, lunch and dinner. Never had a bad meal nor a bad experience. The restaurant is well kept clean and the bathroom is too. Very nice. Highly recommend.
