We used to patronize this place. This is the second time that my order is burnt. The first time, I let it go but today my kids were waiting for their pizza and fries all I see in their eyes were sad and upset looking at the burnt pizza. So I add more trash to my trash can. So we order another pizza and fries at the Suffolk Area.

One of the best Italian pizzas on Taylor Rd. It is not far from Chesapeake square mall. A little pricey, but good quality pizza. The order took a little longer than we expected, but the food was yummy. I love their breadsticks; they were yummy! A good number of tables can accommodate together for groups. A pickup is also an option.

No idea how they only only have 3.9 stars. This is our second visit. I have 3 kids and a wife. My food was so good that I almost broke down and cried. My heart Still aches. The people are fantastic. This is easily favorite place to eat within 50 miles. The atmosphere is simple and calm. The bar always has something appealing. I’ve never left a review like this

I called to place an order, nobody picked up. Then I ordered online and paid, but the real intention was to dine in. When we got to the place I explained the waitress that we wanted to dine in and that if they could take orders for drinks. The waitress (red head) came back with the pizza and literally dumped it on the table and walked away, without taking orders for drinks. She was upset because of the tips (we were going to tip her, we always do). I explained another employee the situation and that we were going to tip them, the other employee apologized and said we will start all over. Then we waited another 10 min, nobody showed up. This red head girl had the worst attitute ever and gave us the worst service ever. You will be loosing customers due to employees like her. We were just trying to have some good family time after playing bowling and she messed it all up.

Not happy ordered a white pizza to go. Waitress was rude on the phone. When I picked up the pizza it was burnt. She was hesitant to have the chef make another. While waiting for the new pizza. The waitress is vaping in the restaurant. Use to be my favorite pizza place. May be time to find another.

The wait was longer than I expected. Many people who sat down after us received their food before us. The portions were large and can easily feed 2. The kids got a 14″ Meatzza Pizza and enjoyed it, they even took 2 slices home which was surprising since they love to eat. If it hadn’t been for the long wait I would give this place a 5 star.

I was very excited to order from this restaurant for the first time. I absolutely love spaghetti and make a mean recipe myself. This day I was lazy so I decided I’ll give them a try. I was very surprised to feel the heaviness in the order when it arrived and looked very appetizing. Though the presentation was nice once I started eating it, immediately noticed was it least half pound or so of spaghetti noodles with maybe a cup of sauce. The sauce wasn’t bad but wasn’t anything to rave about. After seeing so many good reviews I was highly disappointed. Maybe it was just that day I don’t know, but after adding sauce, diced tomatoes and several seasonings it didn’t go to waste. My husband got the chicken Alfredo, he said it was okay. The bread and salad that came with it was wonderful. Maybe I’ll try them again one day, not sure.

Food was great and plenty was served. It gets a 4 overall and a 4 for service because order time and getting drink refills took longer than expected. There was one waitress working. She was doing the best she could with having to take other orders, tend other tables, and man the obvious online orders coming in. There was a cook and either an owner or a manager there. I imagine the cook was busy, but the manager did little to assist the lone waitress. She seemed young and looked like she was doing the best she could!! The service was not a reflection on the server but the lack of help the server had.
