Service was good. The French fries were good. The banana shake is imitation flavored. The burger was okay. The onion rings were an oily soggy mess. Not crispy at all. We went because of the nostalgia as we hadn’t frequented a fast food restaurant in ages. I loved the atmosphere and the 50s theme of the place. This food experience just reminds us why we are choosing to eat higher quality meals cooked at home.

You’re better off going to another location. There were a few mistakes with our order, but they fixed it after some talking. Workers were constantly on their phones playing music and videos, kinda ruining the point of coming to this place for the 50s atmosphere. The workers also seemed more focused on closing down the restaurant, despite closing time being well over two hours away.

Placed order for the American Classic at S. Rock road and Harry. They took the order and then told me the ice cream machine was broke but nobody there working on it. She also informed me no mud slide but yes we are going to charge you the normal price anyway. I asked why she wouldn’t discount it since they couldn’t provide the full meal and the snotty answer was WE JUST DON’T DO THAT!!! WHAT A RIP OFF!!!!!°

Was the only customer in the restaurant. Waited 20 minutes for food while the staff yelled and cussed at each other. I had to confront them to stop cussing in front of my child. Had I not already paid I would have walked out. Once my food was finally ready they offered no apologies for the delay or staff behavior

Service was quick, people were friendly, but the food wasn’t great. I understand fast food is a “get what you pay for” type service, but my burger was covered and saturated with grease and parts of the meat were undercooked. I had to use napkins to soak up some of the grease from my bun lol Fries were fresh and good though!!

They sent me away with a lemon water and not a lemonade. They haven’t had corn dogs since I was a kid. Their BBQ sauce tastes off. The fries are good and the service is quick.

This has to be one of the most overpriced fast food places in Wichita, not to mention their pricing Makes absolutely no sense. The prices are so high. Even the employees say they’re embarrassed to give the totals when ringing up the customer. Depending on which value meal you get, you’ll pay differently for the fries and drink when you break down the pricing… There’s absolutely no consistency. When the burger is $4.49 or whatever, and the meal is $9.99 so I’m paying $5.51 for the small drink and small fry.. That’s crazy.. And when I chose the medium drink and fries it jacked it up to almost $13.. And if you break down the pricing for each individual item, it is actually cheaper to buy them separately than in a value pack. So there is no value in the value pack. Now I heard the advertisement recently or they’re paying all their employees $12 an hour starting. So I guess that’s why I’m paying $13 for an ok burger, mediocre fries and a drink.
