The BBQ Tacos with Brisket were absolutely delicious! Also got the Banana Pudding – it was a great dessert to cap off a delicious meal. My wife got the Mac & Cheese with Brisket and she says it was so good. And my Mom got the BBQ Chicken sandwich – she planned on just eating half but ended up eating all of it! Oh, and the cheese dip that comes with the pretzels was so, SO good! Get you some!

The BBQ Sauce was exquisite. My buddy and I had several shots of it over the course of our meal. The water was also excellent, the ice they had really complimented thier tap water. It made a magical blend of a drink. I would also recommend the cheese sauce they had. It paired well with the macaroni and brisket fat. Will definitely be coming back for the exceptional food, especially the cheese sauce

Food was alright, I had the mac daddy. Potato was meh, just baked and squashed flat and dry, meat was good but not much in that dish and the flavor of it is lost in the starch and carbs of the other ingredients, in my opinion. I’d personally not get that again. Partner got a 3 meat dish, tasty but a bit dry for me. He liked it. Friendly waitress.

This place was recommended by a friend and it was great! The mac was good! The tacos were amazing as well! The most note worthily thing was the RIBs!!! Not messy, the dry rub was perfect! Fell off the bone goodness! Do yourself a favor and check it out!

Sparks BBQ is OK but not terrific. The price was a bit high for what you get but then again it is located downtown in Traverse City.

Amazing BBQ. Pulled pork, pulled chicken and ribs were moist and so full of flavor. The nachos had baked beans on them and were so good. GF chips and meat is GF. Definitely come back here.

My wife and I shared the pulled pork. It was really tender, and the sauce was flavorful. Our sides were the corn bread and mac n cheese. Both were good. They have high tables here, but they also have a high high chair for kids, so that is helpful. The place was pretty busy foe lunch time and not much room.

This place was incredible! Some of the most mouthwatering barbecue we’ve had in a long time. They have some unique items on their menu, but don’t shy away because they absolutely know what they’re doing! Between drinks, food, and service, we left fully satisfied and excited to return!

I ordered the 3 meat lunch with ribs (2) and brisket (1). The brisket was the worst brisket I’ve ever had at a BBQ place. I know that sounds harsh but I can’t describe it any other way. It was very dry, which is likely why it was soaked in sauce. I couldn’t even pick up a piece with a fork, it just crumbled into pieces. The ribs were quite good; moist and tender with a gentle bite from the bone. The lunch came with Kettle chips which were 90% crumbles. Mac and cheese and slaw were both really good. Service was pleasant and quick and the atmosphere seemed like a fun place. For a $45 lunch I couldn’t be more disappointed overall. Please get the pit master some help with the brisket.
