It may look hectic and loud at times but we operate like a well oiled machine!
We start by sourcing the very best products, we cut steaks from primes, we cook, slice/dice and chop all our own corned beef. Our patties are formed by hand from Angus ground chuck, and the ham is cut off the bone.
Our soups, sauces, gravy’s, dressings are all made in house, and the biscuits and gravy is our very own!
Your guessed it, we make the chili, pepperpot etc. Here too!

Ate here today at lunch. I chose breakfast (served all day) and my husband had the lunch special. They offer a big menu with so much to choose from. Waitresses were quick, food was served quickly and tasted great! I very seldom post a rating but they deserve the 5 stars!

Parking lot was almost full. There was still a lot of seating available. We were served drinks immediately. Our order was placed right away. Food served only a few minutes after ordered .Food was very good. Service very good. Everyone was very attentive to our needs.

Sparks does not disappoint! Stopped in here while on a vacation in the area and we stopped in for breakfast. The service was amazing, the food was amazing. I even met the owner Jacob who is an awesome dude. Will definitely be back when I’m in the area.
