first stop in maui, came here because of the 5 star reviews. They do give you a free dessert if you give 5 stars so that makes sense but honestly the food okay; everything kinda tastes the same but it was good. Servers were VERY nice tho!

Let me first say that I’ve been a sparkys fan since they only had a food truck and the quality of their food has not changed since then! I’m an oahu native but fly to Maui due to my hanai family living up here. Every single time before I leave I come to sparkys, today was my first time at their restaurant. I must say their a/c is bomb my hanai sister got kalbi which came with kimchee and namasu which looked and smelt amazing! I of course had their pastele stew moco and it was even better with the overeasy egg. Plenty of seating. Clean facility. Bottled drinks – no fountain drinks, but I prefer it that way. And excellent service from the owner of sparkys. They take pride in their business and I’m glad I was introduced to them years ago wished they had one in Oahu! But it gives me an extra excuse to fly to Maui! Thanks for the ono food.

First time Here and can’t say enough about how great everything was from the food to the service!!! We are visiting from Oahu and this will be our spot when we come. Of all the savory things I’ve eaten on my trip to Maui, the smoked meat slides ties for first place! So good! I personally would like more cilantro on top, but it was amazing! The pastels stew fries are also very good. I loved getting a bit of the guava sauce drippings from the sliders mixed into the fries. Would highly recommend the owner look into bottling their sauce as condiments for the tables so these experimental mixing can happen more

Love everything about it. Restaurant is clean and the interior is really nice, bathroom is very clean, the people that works here are very nice and accommodating. Lastly, the food is fantastic!! We ordered poke- it’s so FRESH!! Price is very reasonable. They serve big portions. Parking is safe. AC UNIT works really good. I really recommend this place.

Absolutely amazing. I ordered pineapple meat althought it says spicy on menu but it’s not that spicy. The meat is soooo tender and flavored. My boys ordered pineapple chicken and it’s AMAZING. Very very tender and juicy. I strong recommand their tuna noodles side which I never had it before but it’s sooo good
