I pulled up outside just after 7pm, and my husband went in to get a menu (I prefer paper over websites). The “Open” sign was lit and there was a gentleman inside, my husband said. While we were sitting in the car reading the menu, it started to rain so we called inside to order, but no one answered. We waited about 5mins and called in again and still no answer, so we just left. As we pulled away, that same gentleman was standing behind the counter, and the “Open” sign was still lit.

We used to order from here all the time years ago. They were awesome when they were building their business. Now, there is barely any meat in their subs and they are ALWAYS COLD. I feel like once they got their business booming, they decided to cut out quality. So disappointing because I haven’t found another place to compare with how they used to be.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! Ordered online, was told 45-60 minutes. After 75 minutes I called and was told that preference was given to people who called directly but that my food would be here in 20 minutes. After 2 hours of no food, I called again. The “manager” argued with me and told me that I should call the online organization I ordered through, despite him acknowledging that he had received my order. He also put me on hold and ended up hanging up on me. This management is awful.. you do not argue with customers when their food is 2 hours late! The delivery driver even admitted that management was f*** up. Will never order here again.

We order from here at least 2 times a week, our food comes warm and our order is always accurate. The prices are very reasonable compared to other sub and pizza shops in the area who charge an arm and a leg. Repeat customers. 🙂

I have NEVER had a bad experience until tonight ! I ordered and asked for a turkey CLUB no cheese. I also ordered a 2 liter of COKE! Food gets here an hour & 20 min later. We never got our coke, they were out ! The lady who took my order should have told me this . They guy asked if we wanted Sprite or Pepsi. My bf took the Pepsi. It was HOT!!! I open my food to find that I have a TURKEY WRAP!!! That’s not what I ordered. I am heated right now. & To top it off 4 of us ordered & NONE OF OUR FRIES WERE FRESH! I’m highly upset right now & honestly will probably never order again. &&& I just picked up my wrap to it being STALE!!! NEVER AGAIN.

After waiting for 1 1/2 hrs for delivery (we’re just a few blocks away) called to find out what the problem was. Put on hold during this call and was told to “hold on” twice during the first call. Was told they were very busy. Stated they were just then preparing the order. Told them I expected a discount due to the wait – said they could not do it because it was paid by credit card. Had to cancel the order and order from another place. Food just isn’t good enough to have to wait 2 hrs for delivery. Made it clear we would not be buying from them in the future.
