I enjoyed the food; I ordered the classic cheesesteak. The meat was seasoned well, bread was fresh. It was cool watching the process as well. Although the pickup line was long (10-15 min wait) it was worth the wait. I’d eat here again.

Just as delicious as those famous places you’ve heard of. Love the Jalapeno’s with Cheese whiz. The food court area is packed so finding a seat during peak times can be a challenge.

I recently had the misfortune of dining at thus place, and it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. I must say, this place is a prime example of how a cheesesteak can get everything wrong. From the tasteless food to the abysmal service, my visit was nothing short of disappointing. The employees were so rude to my family! There a huge line!

very yummy cheesesteak. we got the classic cheesesteak with american cheese instead of cheese whiz. the place was super busy, but the workers were very quick and we got our food decently soon. the cheesesteak had a great texture and taste, although we only got one slice of cheese for the whole sandwich.

Meh. Just nothing great. Not much flavor. They charge extra for every little item you want on the cheesesteak, even after paying a hefty price.

Long line and good cheese steak. It did not disappoint. First Philly cheese steak here and the classic was juicy. Wish it had more mushrooms, especially since it’s extra cost.

My first time in Philly and my first Cheesesteak. I have no way to compare it to other place but i personally liked it, i would go back. i think there is just a need for a friendlier staff

I’ve tried many versions and this is top notch up there with John’s Roast Pork. Do not miss this one at the Reading Terminal Market is so fresh and delicious down to the perfectly cut and flavored sauteed onions along with the fresh, soft, perfect chewy textured bread. Generous size too. Try the classic with wiz, sauteed onions, and muchrooms…you will not be dissapointed.
