Good location to grab a sandwich and coffee if heading to Moffitt Field museum. The cafe is big and set up to do a lot of catering. However, if you need a place to go to study or have a business lunch, then this place is set up for that. Every wall had an outlet or USB charger.

Wonderful friendly staff. Super clean, beautiful ambiance. Food is delicious and so is the coffee. The patio is beautiful. I will definitely be coming back soon! It’s a great family friendly place where you can watch the vta from the window. Parking is very easy as it has its own lot that includes designated curbside pickup areas.

Thankful that specialties is open again. News of it’s closing during the pandemic was heartbreaking. It was so great to be able to come back and order a nice large tray of cookies. Not as robust a selection as before but happy nonetheless that it’s open

Great food and a very comfortable and clean atmosphere. Cafe is Peet’s and is okay too, maybe understaffed there. For example I ordered a cappuccino and I wish that they could have just told me they didn’t have any whole milk or at least what they substituted it with when they gave it to me (see picture, pretty disappointing…). Over all the staff is wonderful though.

Since Specialities returned they have upped their game with their sandwiches and even the cookies! The sandwiches are more unique now and the ingredients are of higher quality than when this was one of many locations. Love the BLT with the combo of pickled onions and bacon on a lightly toasted house made foccacia. Love the Rye and Salt Chocolate Chip cookie.
