Ok I know my son loves this pizza place and so I decided to bring the whole family in. We had a wonderful cheesy bread but when it came to the pizza, well it was black and burnt. The crust was so bad the delicious flavor of the pizza was over taken by the burnt flavor resonating in my mouth. We unfortunately had the 18” and paid over $30 for the lot of meat pizza for a massive disappointment. Even my son said they definitely failed their pizza today.

Last night on our way to the airport, we stopped here for a quick slice of pizza and a beer. Since we only had one hour to dine, we opted for a quick re-heated pre-made pizza. We were a party of 6. The only place to sit was a dirty table and the place was super cold inside. The front door was broke so the door was kept ajar which on a winter windy night was not pleasant having the cold draft and leaves blowing into the establishment. We order a pitcher of beer and fountain drinks. While we were waiting, many people came in and went out with their orders and we still waited. More than an hour later and after inquiring about our order since it was supposed to be a quick re-heat slices, they kept saying they are still working on it. The cashier person kept asking if we wanted the order to go and I kept saying no, it’s for here. Many people kept getting their full pizza orders and we were still waiting on a corner. I finally got up and stated why our order was taking so long since it was supposed to be quick, the cashier person then looked to his left counter and said that our order had been sitting there for awhile and if I wanted it for to go. I once again said no, it’s for here. He started passing us the slices that were sitting there which ere no longer warm, two more slices were missing so he then threw them in the oven. The pizza was cold, was hard, and had burnt crust. We were so hungry so we just ate what we could. I’m giving this place a one star but I will not recommend nor will ever go back to this place.

We were so excited to dig in I forgot to take a picture of the whole pie! Amazing Hawaiian pizza with generous toppings (especially the Canadian bacon). We ordered extra red sauce and they certainly delivered. Crust is hand tossed/stretched and delicious – perfectly thin, kind of buttery tasting almost reminded me of pretzel dough. Friendly, engaging and helpful staff. Overall great experience, very fairly priced food & drinks.

We ordered a to go pizza and while picking it up decided to have a drink and a slice there. The pizza didn’t look very appetizing to start with and it was very subpar, the dishes brought to us also reeked of a dirty dishwasher. When we got home we realized the pizza looked a little weird, there was a cooked slice on top of another cooked slice but the bottom one only had some sauce no toppings.. to add to that the slices were all different sizes I think a 5 year old could cut a pizza better. Did they put a bunch of their old single slices together to make one pizza? Did they make a new one and put an old slice on top? Who knows but this was absolutely awful. I do not recommend going there and I won’t be going back.

Love the pizza. “Pizza by the slice” should be enough to love Spectator, plus you’ll also find the best New York style pizza (and my go to pizza joint) in the area. Their Classic Pizzas won’t break the bank and you’re taste buds with thank you for eating their pizza over others.

Just don’t go here. The pizza is thin with no toppings to it, they forgot toppings on one of our pizzas, and they wouldn’t make us one of the pizzas because they didn’t have the pesto to make the sauce (they are located right next to a Safeway) and they wouldn’t substitute for a different sauce. For how much they charge I expected much more. Incredibly disappointing experience.
