We were unsure walking in if we were to seat ourselves or wait to be seated; when we didn’t see any signs we seated ourselves and were quickly approached. The atmosphere was nice; the windows were wide open to allow a fresh breeze. The only downside I encountered was that the ranch & sauce for the chicken in my wrap all seemed to be mostly on the ends. The flavors were good, but weren’t really apparent in the middle of the wrap.

Great beer bar from what I can see, I like whiskey personally, but they have that as well. Cool vibe, great service , creative menu, good beer list. I suggest the hot chicken tacos with the house made chips on the side.

Used to go here all the time at least once a week. We have started to go elsewhere. The food used to be better in my opinion but it’s still decent and not gonna say it’s bad because it isn’t. The wings are some of the best in town, some of the food has had a tendency of coming out cold a lot though. The service has gone down hill the most in my opinion. Had about 4 or 5 bad service experience before we called it quits in there. There’s tons of good food around so wasn’t necessary to stay hung up on this place if we’re just gonna get ignored because the servers are too busy braiding each other’s hair. Not sure if the management changed or something over the past year or so. I will clarify though, Nikki always gives good service at the bar so if you have her you’ll be in good hands. Almost anyone else though it’s very hit or miss unfortunately. Hate to say it cause we used to love it there.

Speedwell is just a short walk from Plymouth Rock. My wife got Nashville hot tacos. They were the perfect blend of sweet and spicy. I ate a Buffy the chicken Slayer Sandwich, it’s spicy, straight up spicy. If you don’t like spicy, avoid it, if you dabble every now and then, avoid it. It’s delicious for a spicy lover like myself; it’s also a massive sandwich!

Pleasantly surprised at how good the food was here. Fan blowing from wall and not very cool. The day we went one woman was bartender, server, and hostess at the same time. She was rushing to do it all. The pork sandwich was good, but couldn’t pick it up as bottom roll just broke apart from coleslaw being under the pork. I would suggest that coleslaw would be better on top of the pork.

Neat place,not very busy at all when my bf and I went in. Bartender seemed sweet but was a bit more attentive to a group of who I assume are regulars also seated at the bar. Shirts were displayed yet when I asked for the price I was told they currently weren’t actually selling any evidently. Awesome beer and food nonetheless though

Amazing clam chowder, thick and full of clams and bacon. Good onion rings. The Gold Digger sauce is LIFE CHANGING! I have never had a sauce that good! It’s definitely a bar, not super comfortable, very loud. Service is okay.

My favorite go to for feel good food. The staff is really working to keep everyone safe and they’ve done a bunch of upgrades to the restaurant to ensure safety with Covid. Food is always amazing! This is my happy place.
