Ordered 10 pizzas and person taking order unable to obtain proper information. I had to ask him if he was gonna need to take my address, because he did not take it. The. He called back to confirm, and had info wrong. I never received my order and manager was more lost than employee. 2 hours later I went elsewhere after another manager had no clue what happened to order. Terrible service and management .

Ordered pizza to be delivered. After 2 hours, I called to ask where our food was. I was told that it was to be picked up. Wrong, it was delivery. They didn’t apologize or offer to deliver the food. Very bad customer service. They have lost a customer and should be embarrassed about this. I’m sure they aren’t.

I use to love speedy pizza. Speedys was known to be good pizza for cheaper prices. Know I feel like there prices are higher than other places. I order wings and there 10 bucks, before pandemic was 5.50 an order. I get it everything is going up in price. But 50% raise is a lot for your reputation.
