I chose this place to celebrate my husband’s birthday with some friends and it was perfect! We got a nice table in the terrace outside which has a very nice lightning and a romantic feeling, with the sound of the sea waves on the side, they were able to decorate a little bit the table, the food was absolutely fabulous and the service was great! At the end they decorate his dessert very nicely too! I was extremely satisfied even though it is a pricey place but for this situations where the main thing is not the money but to share with people you love, it was very worth it!

I came to the Key West with a low expectation of service and I couldn’t have been more wrong. My significant other and I were staying at the Reach resort so we decided to give Spencer’s a try. The food was great but it was Danny’s service that really elevated the experience to another level. His attention to detail will “wow” you each and every time. The octopus was cooked to perfection and the fillet was an absolutely perfect medium rare. I couldn’t have asked for a better dinner. We had such a great experience that we decided to come back the next night.

We really wanted to like this place, but we were very disappointed, especially for the price point. The views were great and the service was superb – our waiter was attentive and even noticed that I didn’t seem to like my cocktail and offered another drink for free. However, the cocktails were terrible. The food came out and looked beautiful on the plate but didn’t taste as good as it looked. The short ribs were dry. The ribeye was overcooked, salty and otherwise plain. The asparagus tasted as if it was bathed in salt. Overall this is not a place we would go to again.

We had dinner on the porch. What a beautiful setting…the view of the ocean is spectacular. Food is almost equal to the view (the dessert was up to the task.) Portions are small so we didn’t feel “stuffed.” We were a very large party so we expected and received slow service, but we noticed smaller parties receiving faster service.

Definitely the best meal we had on the island! This location provided a beautiful, romantic ocean view while we ate dinner. Wonderful selection of wine, food, and desserts. Now, this may be Key West, but the RUM cake dessert was delicious and AWARD winning!
