Spero’s food is great quality at a great price. I had their pork and ribs plate and with the rice and beans it was more than filling, especially for only $16. I also tried their delicious stuffed grape leaves and my friend vouched that the baklava was also delectable.

Some things just mean to happen. Out of nowhere, not scheduled at all, we made a stop just across the street… The moment I saw the name on the sign (Speros… a greek name) I decided I got to try! And I am glad I did. Amazing food. I got the truckers special which has pretty much all the different BBQ stuff you might want. Ribs, pulled pork, brisket… all delicious and in reasonable prices ($18)! I am only sorry that the owner has left a while before we arrived so I did not have the chance to say hello… Maybe next time……

Went here to try something new. I’m not disappointed I went, but I think I should have gone a little earlier in the day. It’s a nice little restaurant with outdoor seating. The staff was very friendly and happy to serve. You order and pick up at the window. The food came out super quick and is really reasonably priced! You won’t break the bank eating here. I ordered the 1/4 rack of Ribs with chicken legs served with baked beans, rice, and bread. Everything was good. The chicken legs were juicy and flavorful. The ribs…. some of them were a little dry but still really good. This is why I mentioned I should have maybe gone there earlier. I like the idea of having the seating outdoors, but there were a lot of flies buzzing around. That was the only annoyance. I think they should put something on the tables to attract them away from the customers. Part from that, great first experience! I would eat here again. K!

Stopped whilst driving from Salt Lake to Jackson. Go for the Pulled Pork and coleslaw sandwich you won’t regret it. Awesome great value friendly stop just off Interstate 15

We got a chicken plate and a pulled pork plate. The meat was cooked well, nice and juicy, and the staff was very friendly. However, those are the only good things I can say about this location. Everything was insanely bland with absolutely no seasoning. Almost every dish, the pork, the chicken, the beans, and the rice, was overpowered by tomatoes. The potato salad had a strong vinegar taste and was almost sour. The garlic bread was lacking garlic. Also, I could not taste very much, if any, smoke in any of our dishes. Will not be stopping here again, huge disappointment.

Pastrami, Korean pork sandwich, and baklava were all stellar. Perfectly cooked and super delicious. The food was well priced and came out quickly. Spero and his staff are very kind. The dining is all outdoors in a beautiful garden and very comfortable. Absolutely worth your time to stop and enjoy.

Delicious and mouthwatering food. Buttermilk pie was out of this world and I’m in love. A little non-traditional getting our drinks from ice chests outside but price was right and options were plentiful. I will be dreaming about this one until I can return.

This place is super cute. You eat outside in picnic tables or there are cute chairs throughout. The pulled pork was by far our favorite meat. We wish that we had a few extra bbq sauces to go with it. The riblets were pretty tough. The baked beans had good flavor. The garlic bread was a fun touch. The buttermilk pie was by far our favorite thing.
