I really love the concept of this eatery! Rotating stalls that change daily that support BIPOC families and groups while providing commercial cooking spaces and amazing varied food 🙂 loved the mantu dumplings (Afghan dumplings with sour cream and lentils on top). Super savory, comforting and filling. Plenty of great food to try that is super hard to find elsewhere in Seattle!

The Egusi soup and Fufu was phenomenal me and my friend had been looking for a place that made this dish and Spice bridge did not disappoint. Thank you so much, I loved the aesthetic of the global food hall!

Spice Bridge is a “food hall” where immigrant BIPOC women establish their footing for a restaurant or food truck. Your patronage supports a great cause. But don’t go just for that. WOAH is it GOOD!! It looks cafeteria style but this is some of the best food I’ve had. Especially meaningful that the chef/business owner delivers your food and explains what you have (and how to eat it). The stuffed chicken wing at Theary was (dare I say) life changing. The grilled goat, sambusas, and beignets from Taste of Congo was very unique and delicious, portion enough for lunch and dinner. There’s not a ton of space to sit and eat inside and it can get crowded!! Go on a nice day and enjoy this deliciousness outside in Tukwila Village courtyard. Don’t forget to check out the vendor mall booths next door! Such a great place and so much variety, lots of options to choose from.

We have eaten here and are very happy with the selection and preparation. The spices are very good.

Only one of the options was open on Sunday at lunch when 4 were listed to be open. We tried multiple dishes and none were very good. The mayo chicken with fried plantains was okay. The beef stew was pretty dry and lacked flavor. Others with us didn’t like the dishes that they tried either :/ the prices were as much as I’d expect from a service sit down restaurant and it just wasn’t worth $43 for two meals and a drink.

Eat here when only the Taste of Congo was open. It was delicious. I am not an expert on food from Congo, but I am interested in eating more now. The Beef stew was really good, the rice was very good, and the Beef Samsoas we lovely.

Been here a couple of times now and tried things from Afella Jollof, Jazze’s, and Theary so far. Everything has been delicious and big portions. Excited to try more! There’s a rotating schedule of different food vendors depending on the day of the week. Also: while there are partial menus online through the Spice Bridge website and individual vendors’ Square pages, the current full menu options are listed at the door and each counter in person, so go check it out 🙂

There’s a bunch of different options since spicebridge is an incubator for new restaurants. Tried taste of Congo today, it wasn’t cheap, but the food was super yummy. Goat has bones in it so be prepared but that’s how every place I’ve gotten goat prepares it

Very clean, went today a Saturday for takeout. I tried a little bit of everything it was all good! I feel bad i do not remember the names of the restaurants, but the Afghan food was amazing! The lamb sandwich was bomb, and they gave me a sample of the Qabuli pulao with chicken and it was excellent also. At the Cambodian restaurant the food was a great value and all amazing, we got the sampler plate. My boyfriend fell in love with the stuffed chicken wing! And the East African place I loved the sambusas and the mahamris! And the Congo restaurant I want to go back because all I got there was fried plantains. 10/10 recommend this lovely food court. Everyone was extremely friendly, people were masked, the food was absolutely all delicious! If you get the Afghan lamb sandwich, make sure to put the oil on the sandwich, it will change the entire flavor of the sandwich, so good!
