My sister and I were pleased with our choice of Spice & Grill for lunch. We wanted a quiet, cozy place where we can have a tasty, healthy meal before traveling back home. The food was fresh and flavorful. It was some of the best Indian food I have had. We got good value for our money. It was quite affordable, given the quality of food. It was so delicious. The atmosphere is simple but clean. We left there very satisfied. We would gladly go back.

Nice food. Attentive server. Small restaurant with ok decor. The Indian was tasteful and well cooked. Reason for dropping a star is it felt old inside and could have done with a little more flavour but a strong 4 stars. I would be happy to go back again

I oftentimes visit the Spice and Grill restaurant located in Brooklyn, NYC for an incredible Indian and Nepali cuisine. I personally like the interior decoration full of Nepali and Indian historical and musical instruments hung over the wall. They are impressively welcoming and serve delicious food on time. Sometimes, I make an online order for pickup and delivery and they are punctual on those as well. I am a hot and spicy guy, they make me happy all the time with an incredible hot and spicy food. They are equally good in serving mild and low hot food. I recommend this particular restaurant to whoever looks for delicious Indian/Nepali food.

We went here to try an alternative to myrtle Thai across the street, which is excellent, and also wanted to find an alternative to our favorite Indian restaurant in Williamsburg so we won’t have to drive that far. But from this one time I can’t recommend it. They have no lunch special (fiscally speaking) the chicken in our chicken Tikka was still raw in the center and the waiter forgot our extra order. We also said rather mild and it came super spicy. On top of that it’s actually really expensive for indian. There are plenty of better options around.

Honestly the place is a dump I came in sat down & waited 10 minutes till the server came to greet me & give me a menu. The resturant has ugly decor & a weird smell. When I ask about lunch special they try to pressure me into the Nepali dal bhat tarkari when I asked them is this not a Indian restaurant I’m told yes and that they have Chicken Tikka Masala lunch for $19 I thanked them and started to leave the waiter tells me it’s a great price normally it’s $22!!! The other Indian resturant in the neighborhood is much prettier, cleaner & with 50% off lunch special.

Staff are extremely friendly and owner is very polite. Food was great especially the chicken momo. Mango lassi is nice and the chai is flavourful too. You will feel welcome when you come!

Glad to have found a great spot for a quick lunch near my job! The woman at at register was very welcoming and sweet, the food came out pretty quickly and was fresh and delicious, and the rest of the staff were also very pleasant! I ordered the butter chicken and garlic naan. The naan was amazing, better than most I’ve had, and the curry was really flavorful. Definitely stop by!

$19 for a chicken tikka masala lunch special. I also asked to eat inside multiple times and she rung my food up to go as if they didn’t want to serve me. I’ve been coming here for years but haven’t in a few months and I can say the prices have now exceeded the quality and service.Definitely my last time here.
