The food is amazing, that would have been a 5 star review if it wasn’t for the very disrespectful and unprofessional lady that works there, we had placed an order through the phone and we weren’t done with our order and she hung up, then when we got to the place, the lady was being difficult to work with and understand. The place had wood boarded up on the front of the store which is concerning, literally every single thing about this place is wrong except the delicious food. If you are looking for great Bangladeshi food, this is a great place, but don’t expect great customer service.

Ordered Hilsa Fish curry and the lady who was on the counter today was extremely rude and was not even paying attention to customers need . I called and showed her the burnt fish piece but she straight away said she cannot do anything. She went on cleaning the table without even checking if she can replace this piece with a good piece . I paid $19.89 for the hilsa fish curry and this lady had no idea of customer service at all

We have been going to this place often during our Dallas trips!! If you are a Bangladeshi you must try their all samosa ( more like alu shingara) and puris( don’t have the photo of puri since we ate it). And usually we have rice with rui mach bhuna, shutki begun, daal and alo bhorta – the best combination!

Good place for authentic Bangladeshi foods. Everything we tried was really good both in flavors and portions.They asked us for spice level and we asked to make it as they would back home and they clearly did! Everything was really spicy! So I would advise to ask for less spicy if too much heat is a concern.

Horrible experience!! We ordered chicken biryani and they gave us beef biryani. It was a yo go and we took our food back for the chef to see. But the chef even without liking our food said it was chicken. After we told repeatedly the chef finally saw and told us it was beef. The chef didn’t even have manners to come forward and say sorry to us. The lady at the front was good. But it was a horrible experience. I won’t recommend this place to anyone ever . I gave 1 because we don’t have a zero.

Horrible customer service from all the employees in this place. Order was placed two days in advance for a catering event and confirmed. At the time of pick up, none of items from the order were ready and some not even available! The staff refused to offer any help and instead attempted to even charge me full price for the missing items. Unacceptable to run a business in such a manner. Will not be ordering from here ever again not to mention the food that I did receive was mediocre at best. This food is not authentic Indian either.

I went there once and tried their goat biryani. The flavor was great, I think the best biryani I ever tasted in Richardson area, but the meat was not tender enough and still chewy. Service was fast and the staff was nice, I will definitely come back to try other menu items. I hope they can improve it next time, make their meat more tender.

Yes yes yes yes! Excellent experience all around. This family, service, environment, & food are phenomenal & authentic. They fed us more food than we could handle in 1 sitting (or even 2). If a gyro is on the menu, I am ordering it. I did & was not disappointed. In fact, the BEST I’ve ever had!

Good tasty Indian food, in the middle of Richardson. Clean restaurant, good food. The choice is a little limited though. The music in the restaurant reminded me of old India. For an instance, I felt like I was in Old Delhi. We had Naan, with grilled chicken, prawn curry and kadhai chicken. The grilled chicken was a little hard, but the rest of the food was good.
